Herb Cookie's New Plant is a Cookie Story and set of missions centered around 
Herb Cookie. It is unlocked if Herb Cookie is at least Level 10 and the player has access to the Flower Shop.
The story follows Herb Cookie as he goes on a quest to beautify the Kingdom with flowers, eventually adopting a mysterious living flower from the Tainted Forest. Completing the given missions triggers the progression of the story.
