Healing is the restoration of HP. This can be done by a number of skills, Treasures, and more. Some Healing effects can be applied to a single unit, team-wide, or a specified number of allies.
A target's Healing received can also be increased or reduced from Status Effects.
Regular Healing
Some Cookies heal allies with the lowest Max HP with their regular attacks instead of dealing damage. Most of these Cookies heal only one Cookie, while some can heal 2 or even 3 targets at once.

Darkness Absorption
Exclusive to 
Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord)'s Rally Effect, 
Darkness-type Cookies that deal damage will restore their HP based on the damage dealt. It is considered a different type of Healing in-game, and will not be affected by effects that increase or reduce healing received.
