New Guild Battle Icon

Guild Battle is a permanent, seasonal game mode first released in beta in the Beacons of Unity update (v1.2) alongside the release of Guilds. The mode was revamped and fully released in the Festival of Dreams and Wishes mid-update (v3.5).

The mode consists of three individual bosses: Red Velvet Dragon, Avatar of Destiny, and Living Abyss. Each boss has individual skills, strengths and weaknesses, and strategies needed to defeat them. Damage inflicted on any of the bosses is shared between guildmates, allowing all members to contribute towards the same goals and rewards.

Each Guild Battle season will consist of four rounds, one per week, for a total of 24 playable days and 4 tallying days. Players can fight each boss a maximum of 9 times per round. If a player fights all 18 battles possible in a round, they will be rewarded with 400 Heroic Medals. Guilds as a whole can fight a maximum of 540 battles per round.

On the tallying day, all battles will be closed while results are calculated, and all bosses will be reset to Lv.1 for the next round. Players will receive round rewards based on their Guild's overall ranking. On the final tallying day of the season, players will receive both round and season rewards.

Battle

Players can play in Guild Battle with the use of Guild Battle Tickets. 3 tickets will be provided every day at midnight (GMT+9) with a maximum of 9 tickets being held at one time, giving the player 18 tickets per season. If a player enters and exits a battle without dealing any damage, no tickets will be consumed, though a ticket will be consumed if the player deals even 1 point of damage.

Guild Battle also offers a practice mode for players to test out different teams without the use of tickets. Players can choose to challenge both the highest level of the boss reached by the guild and any levels under it. Practice battles will offer no rewards and have no effect on the current boss or rankings.

All battles have a time limit of 60 seconds. When entering a battle, the timer will be frozen for long enough to reset all skill cooldowns as the Cookies run towards the boss, though all active Treasures will have their initial cooldown frozen. The timer will begin after a boss notice flashes across the screen.

Each boss begins at Lv.1 at the start of each round. After being defeated, the boss will provide rewards to every member of the guild and go up by one level, increasing its stats as well as rewards provided. If a player defeats a boss with 5 or more seconds left on the battle timer, they will be given the option to "resume battle" and use the rest of their time on the next level. All Cookies and Treasures will maintain the same health, cooldowns, and Treasure statuses that the previous battle ended on. Advancing in level through this feature will not consume an extra Guild Battle Ticket.

Players can view the number of participants in any given season, as well as each participant's damage inflicted both by individual boss and by round total. These results will be archived per round, allowing past records to be viewed at any time. Records will be reset each season. Players can also view a battle log for more specific details on both the player's own fights and their guildmates', such as specific teams and Treasures, power level, damage dealt, boss level fought, and how long ago the battle occurred. These logs can be sorted by individual boss or as a collective feed.

Ranking & Rewards

After fighting a Guild Battle, the player will receive a small amount of Heroic Torches, Flames of Unity, and Heroic Medals based on the boss's level and individual damage inflicted. Defeating a boss and clearing a level will reward each member of the guild with the same amount of Heroic Torches, Coins, and Heroic Medals, with more rewards being given on higher levels and based on the number of participants. Clearing a level will also provide the guild with Guild Trophies used to determine a Guild's overall ranking, which will determine the ranking rewards provided after each tallying day.

Players can receive round rewards every week and season rewards every 4 weeks. Season rewards can only be claimed if the player has participated in 15 or more Guild Battles before the Guild Trophies are reset.
