Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookie 1 and Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookie 2 (Korean: 골드치즈 왕국 국민 쿠키1/2, golduchiju wang-gug gugmin kuki-il/ii), currently referred to in-game as simply Citizen Cookie 1 and Citizen Cookie 2, are NPCs first introduced in The Lost Golden City update (v4.11).

The Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookies are everyday residents of The Golden City. Like any other citizen, they constantly bask in the impotent lavishness of their digital home.

Trivia

• According to Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookie 1 themself, they have a daughter who recently had been married as of the events of Goddess of Eternal Gold.
• Upon the initial release of The Lost Golden City's Story, both the Golden Cheese Kingdom Host Cookie's and the Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookies' names were strangely omitted entirely from their text boxes when they spoke in English Stories. The Cookies' names remained in the text files of Cookie Run: Kingdom, however, indicating that them being omitted was accidental; the bug was likely caused by their names being too long for their containers. This issue was fixed upon the release of the Goddess of Eternal Gold update (v4.12), being remedied by shortening the Cookies' names in Stories. In the case of the Golden Cheese Kingdom Citizen Cookies, their names were changed to simply "Citizen Cookie 1" and "Citizen Cookie 2."
