Hole-some 🧀 Adventure! – The Cookies 🍪 - CookieRun- Kingdom
During the development of the Golden Cheese Kingdom updates, the art developers of Cookie Run: Kingdom held a mini "Cookie-thon" to come up with various Cookie characters to populate the update. The main themes of this Cookie-thon were "cheese", "desert", and "archaeology". While this resulted in the creation of Burnt Cheese Cookie, Fettuccine Cookie, Olive Cookie, Mozzarella Cookie, Smoked Cheese Cookie, and the Marzipan Cookies, it also generated in a large number of unused character concepts that were only shown to the public in a later video.[1][2]

Black Cheese Cookie is a feline-looking Cookie with a dark dough color and ovular eyes with bright orange sclerae and a slit black pupil in each eye. They have paws at the end of each hand and leg. The Cookie wears a blue and yellow gradiated hat with pointy ears, having golden braids adorned with blue and gold beads. The Cookie wears a holey black cloak reminiscent of Swiss cheese. Black Cheese Cookie carries a black and gold crook with a bell.
Camembert Cookie (Korean: 까망베르맛 쿠키, kkamang-belu-mat kuki) is a scrapped Cookie design.

Coffee Cheese Cookie has hair resembling a wheel of cheese with a slice taken out of it, and wears thin clothing, consisting of a black collar, black gauntlets on the Cookie's arms, a cloth covering the Cookie's chest that extends down to the Cookie's knees, a pair of black straps on their waist fastening a short cape behind them, a black shendyt with a cheese-colored crescent moon on it, and a pair of shoes with black straps on them.

Coffee Cheese Cookie wants to rob a treasure trove within the Golden Cheese Kingdom, but always fails as Burnt Cheese Cookie guards the trove. They are good friends with fellow thief Kopi Luwak Cookie.

Coin Choco Cookie has yellow eyes and somewhat long golden hair tied into a short ponytail with some loose locks in the Cookie's hair. Coin Choco Cookie wears a coin as an eye patch over their right, wrinkled eye and has a thin golden mustache.
Coin Choco Cookie wears a white cravat as well as a medium length sleeve burgundy jacket with large, baggy white sleeves at each end, and a black and gold cape around his shoulders fastened by a gold button over the cravat. Coin Choco Cookie wears a pair of dark brown gloves and pants, and has a pair of two golden peg legs on the Cookie's body. Coin Choco Cookie also carries a short cane.

Crème Brûlée Cookie is a thicker Cookie with a dark dough color and has darker blushing cheeks and freckles on the Cookie's face. Crème Brûlée Cookie has hair resembling crème brûlée, less burnt areas being more yellow in color, and more burnt areas being brown in color. The Cookie also wears a white bucket hat with a pair of glasses mounted on top of it, and wears a short sleeved cream colored shirt with a olive vest over it with a brown utility belt holding a magnifying glass fastened over the Cookie's waist. Crème Brûlée Cookie wears a pair of dark green baggy pants with the right knee having visible wear, and wears a pair of dark brown gloves and boots; with the Cookie wielding a shovel resembling a metal spoon with an orange handle.

Ghost Cheese Cookie is a tall Cookie with a pale dough color and light yellow eyes. The Cookie has darker, dripping cheese from the forehead and has no visible legs. Ghost Cheese Cookie has very long pale yellow hair that reaches to the bottom of the Cookie's body that resembles melting cheese. The Cookie also wears a golden collar and bracelets that appear to be melting, as well as a similarly melting in appearance very light yellow dress.
Prior to Ghost Cheese Cookie's demise, the Cookie was known as Macaroni Cookie. Macaroni Cookie was a tall Cookie with a pale yellow dough color and orange eyes, and has long hair reaching down to the waist resembling macaroni and cheese, with macaroni detail being noticeable on the hair bangs on the head. Macaroni Cookie wore a white blouse, brownish-olive long pants, brown shoes, and carried a taupe bag and brown tome.

As Macaroni Cookie, this Cookie discovered the Golden Cheese Kingdom while researching a secret to eternal life and wealth. Macaroni Cookie embarked on a journey to the Golden Cheese Kingdom and fell into a very deep cheese mine. After falling and aimlessly wandering for some time, and was discovered by a mole.
As Ghost Cheese Cookie, the Cookie has seemingly learned the secret of the Golden Cheese Kingdom and has no regrets doing so.

Transition between Pickleologist Cookie version 1 and 2
Pickleologist Cookie was intended to have a "bright, spicy, and rambunctious" personality. This was changed to a more mature and experienced personality in her second version and in Olive Cookie, as a Cookie with a more temperamental attitude would be less likely to tolerate GingerBrave and his friends.
The concept of Pickleologist Cookie was born out of a comment by a Devsisters artist: "Pickles go well with rich and creamy foods. How about that?". Her flavor was eventually changed to olives as they are more relevant to ancient Egypt than pickles.
