The Ruler of the Golden City is the final Boss of The Lost Golden City and the Boss form of 
Golden Cheese Cookie. She is encountered in Stage 17-30.
Story Appearance[]
GingerBrave and friends approach Golden Cheese Cookie's golden sarcophagus, where she is presumed to be resting. 
Olive Cookie suggests that this may be a final trial of willpower before the group approaches and interacts with the sarcophagus. There, they learn the truth of Golden Cheese Cookie's past, before suddenly finding themselves facing a massive glamorous avatar of Golden Cheese Cookie. This avatar admonishes the group for entering the virtual world of the Golden City and drawing attention away from Golden Cheese Cookie towards themselves, challenging them to a battle.

Tips[]
- Golden Cheese Cookie is immune to all debuffs, meaning that skills that inflict debuffs or strategies that rely on debuffs will not be helpful in defeating the boss. As usual, the one exception to this immunity is debuffs inflicted by The Culprit... is YOU!, which can provide the backdoor a team needs to defeat this boss.
- Use Defense skills that can tank Golden Cheese Cookie's attacks, protect your team, or soften Error stacks for your Cookies, such as Unstable Fettuccine, Somber Affection, Oath on the Shield, Let's Be Friends!, or Paladin's Devotion.
- Cookies such as Crème Brûlée Cookie and Tarte Tatin Cookie that can deal high damage to a single target should be prioritized to defeat this boss, as they can deal great amounts of damage in short time. Use two such Cookies in the team to beat the boss within the time period.
- For healers, Cookies like Parfait Cookie with Sweet Melody +10, Rockstar Cookie, and Snapdragon Cookie can consistently heal your team fast enough to keep up with Golden Cheese Cookie; Cream Puff Cookie is not suggested unless the team can stay alive long enough between her skill uses.
