The Gacha is the primary way of obtaining new Cookies, their Soulstones, Costumes and Treasures. To use the Gacha, players must spend either Crystals or special Gacha items. The Gacha functions as a roulette, drawing rewards from the available pool of rewards at random.
Mileage Points are rewarded on each pull from the Cookie and Treasure Gachas, which can be spent at the Mileage Shop on Cookie Soulstones and various items such as Star Jellies, Speed-Ups, Arena Tickets and Treasure Tickets. More Mileage Points are given if the Cookie has the maximum amount of both Soulstones and Soulcores, or if a Treasure has enough copies to reach maximum level.

Cookie Gacha[]
Cookies cost 300 Crystals per draw and allow tenfold draws for a price of 3,000 Crystals. Aside from the permanent Gachas, there are also Featured Gachas that present "Chance UP!"s for specific Cookies, often reserved for newly-released Cookies while costing the same as the standard Cookie Gacha.
The Cookie Gacha has a "pity" guarantee system in place, where one Cookie of any rarity is guaranteed every ten draws. For Epic Cookies, one Epic Cookie is guaranteed every 100 draws. Legendary/Ancient Event Gachas have something similar, allowing players to get one of them after 250 draws (ex. Nether-Gacha, Tide Shard Gacha, Frost Crystal Gacha, and Abyssal Pearl Gacha).

Gacha of Fate[]
Added in the Dark Resolution's Glorious Return update (v5.6), the Gacha of Fate has a higher chance for a selected duo of Beast and awakened Ancient Cookies appearing in the gacha. It only uses Fateful Cookie Cutters and Fateful Cookie Tickets, the latter of which expires after the end of an update season.

Unlike other gachas, the Gacha of Fate does not give 1-3 Soulstones/Soulprisms of its featured Cookies; it does not give any Beast Cookies' Soulstones, and Ancient Cookies' Soulprisms have a fixed quantity of 20. It also has no Legendary, Ancient, or Dragon Cookies in its probability pool.
Beginning from the Wind, Piercer of Darkness update (v5.9), the Gacha of Fate has a "pity" system that rewards a Choice Chest that can grant either of the two featured Cookies after 300 pulls. Pulls made in this gacha prior to the system's implementation are added retroactively counted.

Costume Gacha[]
The Costume Gacha is unlocked after clearing Stage 2-13 in World Exploration and completing Mont Blanc Cookie's quest that appears afterwards. It is where players can spend Rainbow Cubes to draw Costumes.
Costumes cost 300 Rainbow Cubes per draw, and can be drawn as either singles or groups of 5. Alongside the banner, a Special Gacha banner may run, featuring a number of Costumes that have an increased chance of being drawn. There is currently no special item that allows a player to draw a Costume without spending Rainbow Cubes.
Drawing a duplicate Costume grants a small number of Rainbow Crystals based on the Costume's rarity. These can be spent in the Rainbow Crystal Shop, located in the Costume Gacha, where any Epic Costume can be purchased for the price of 100 Rainbow Crystals. Duplicate Common Costumes grant 1 Rainbow Crystal, Rare Costumes grant 2 Rainbow Crystals, and Epic Costumes grant 5 Rainbow Crystals, and Legendary Costumes grant 10 Rainbow Crystals.

A player may select any three Epic Treasures to increase the chances of drawing them by 0.4%.

The Daily Gift is a type of Gacha that can only be opened for free every twenty-four hours and can not be opened by the player using any type of Currency. A player can receive one more Daily Gift by watching an in-game advertisement after claiming the first Gift.
The Daily Gift can be used to obtain Common and Rare Cookie Soulstones, Toppings and EXP Star Jellies without using any type of Currency. It is possible to gain Mileage Points from getting Soulstones of Cookies that are already promoted to the highest grade possible.
The Daily Gift is unlocked immediately upon unlocking the Gacha system as a whole and has no featured banners.
Draw Cutscene Hints[]
Cookie Gacha[]
The Cookies that appear in draw cutscenes for the Cookie Gacha will depend on the contents of the player's draw/pull, especially when using the Draw 10 option.
- If GingerBrave appears alone, then the draw will contain at either only Soulstones or at most one Cookie of any rarity.
- If GingerBrave and Strawberry Cookie appear, then at least two Cookies of any rarity will be drawn.
- If GingerBrave, Strawberry Cookie, and Wizard Cookie appear, then the draw contains at least three or more Cookies, albeit at Rare or Common Rarities.
- If GingerBrave, Custard Cookie III, and Clover Cookie appear, then one of the drawn Cookies will be Epic or of an even rarer Rarity.
The Witch's appearance also is indicative of the contents of Cookie Gacha pulls.
- If the Witch is blue and does not look at the camera, then the draw will contain only either Soulstones of any rarity or Common Cookies.
- If the Witch is orange and her eyes flash red, then the draw will contain at least one Rare Cookie.
- If the Witch is pink and her eyes sparkle, then the draw contains at least one Epic+ Cookie.
The Cookie cutters that fly into the air also indicate how many Epic+ Cookies are drawn, based on how many of them are rainbow-colored. Additionally, in the reveal of an Epic+ Cookie, the color of the Cookie that spins out of the oven at the end of the cutscene and the color of the oven doors themselves reveal the Rarity.
- A plain, doughy Cookie shape indicates a Cookie that is Rare or Common.
- Normally-colored, bronze doors indicate a Common.
- Blue doors indicate a Rare.
- A Cookie shape with a cyan-pink-yellow gradient and oven doors with a pink and cyan color scheme mean that the Cookie is Epic.
- A Cookie shape with a purple-yellow gradient and oven doors with a pink and cyan color scheme mean that the Cookie is Super Epic.
- A Cookie shape with a magma-like brown-red-orange gradient, oven doors with a pink and cyan color scheme, and a fiery background mean that the Cookie is Dragon.
- A Cookie shape with a green-blue gradient and oven doors with a pink and cyan color scheme mean that the Cookie is Legendary.
- A Cookie shape with a dark purple, galactic texture and oven doors with with a pink and cyan color scheme mean that the Cookie is Ancient.
- A Cookie shape with a blood-like deep red color scheme with black accents, oven doors with a pink and cyan color scheme, and a deep red background with fire and lightning mean that the Cookie is Beast.
Costume Gacha[]
In the Costume Gacha, players can determine the highest rarity of any Costumes drawn based on the clothes that show in the front window of Maison Marron.
- GingerBrave, Strawberry Cookie, and Wizard Cookie's default outfits indicate that a single draw likely contains a Common Costume, but Rare and Epic Costumes are still possible to be drawn in this circumstance depending on Mont Blanc Cookie's following actions.
- Mint Choco Cookie, Custard Cookie III, and Blackberry Cookie's default outfits indicate that the draw contains a Rare Costume.
- Cocoa Cookie's Enchanted Waltz, Cheesecake Cookie's Party Royale, and Sparkling Cookie's Star Guest Costumes indicate that the draw contains an Epic or Legendary Costume.
Mont Blanc Cookie's expression and actions after peeking out from behind her sewing mannequin also indicates the highest rarity of any Costumes drawn.
- Basic clapping with stars shooting out does not confirm any Rare+ draws, but they are still possible in 5-draws.
- Widened, sparkling, pink eyes confirm a Rare draw.
- An angelic leap confirms an Epic or Legendary draw.
