Tips[]

  • Frozen Peak Prowlers tends to deal a lot of damage to multiple Cookies, necessitating a healthy amount of healing required to defeat. Many of its abilities will only target Cookies nearer to it.
  • The constant Status Healing Down Healing Down that Frozen Peak Prowler inflicts can make it very difficult for teams to heal the damage it deals. Status Shield HP Shields can go a longer way in keeping Cookies alive.
  • Frost Shred and Double Swipe strike the 3 Cookies nearest to the boss regardless of their distance from the boss. A team with only one Front Front Cookie will see its Middle Middle and Rear Rear Cookie struck by Frozen Peak Prowler's attacks, which can be especially painful given the debuffs they inflict.
    • While using 3 Front Front Cookies can be unorthodox, it can also ensure that a team's weaker Cookies aren't struck by the boss's attacks.
  • Status InjuryStatus Undispellable Debuff Injury stacks from Double Swipe reduce a Cookie's HP by 5%.
  • Spiritcallers strikes the 2 targets nearest the boss. This makes it the only one of Frozen Peak Prowler's abilities that can target summoned creatures instead, as Frost Shred and Double Swipe will only target Cookies.
  • Contrary to its description, Snow Lion's Roar will deal damage to the entire team.

Trivia[]

  • The Frozen Peak Prowler likely takes inspiration from the Jangsan tiger (장산범), a cryptid originating in South Korea known for its uncannily wide grin, snow white fur, and spiritual powers. Its first reported sighting was on the Jangsan mountain in Busan, where its name originates, and is said to live in the mountains.
    • It may also be based off of the Snow Lion of Tibet, a celestial animal and emblem of the nation that represents Tibet's snowy mountain ranges and glaciers, or a manticore, a legendary animal with the head of a man, the body of a lion, and the tail of a dragon or a scorpion.
