Frost Spirits (as well as their variant, Choco Frost Spirits) are regular enemies that appear in World Exploration Crispia's Episode 13, Snow on the Black Wall. They serve as ranged attackers that inflict unique debuffs.
Behavior[]
Frost Spirits are ranged attackers that are usually placed behind other enemies in a wave. They prioritize attacking Cookies over summoned creatures.
Regular Frost Sprits target the Cookie with the highest ATK and inflict 
Silence, preventing the Cookie from using their skill and pausing the skill's cooldown. This effect lasts long enough between attacks that any Cookie targeted may not be able to use their skill until all Frost Spirits are defeated.
Choco Frost Spirits target the closest Cookie and inflict 
Shields Blocked on them, preventing the targeted Cookie from receiving any 
HP Shield until the debuff wears off. This does not remove HP Shields that are already on the target.
Tips[]
- Having only one damage-dealing Cookie can make a team extremely vulnerable to Frost Spirits, who can keep that Cookie
Silenced for as long as they remain alive. - Inflicting Stun or another crowd-control debuff on Frost Spirits can keep them from attacking long enough for their target to recover from Silence.
- Debuff Resist can reduce the effects of debuffs inflicted by these enemies, giving Cookies room to use their skills.
- Bookseller's Monocle or Sunny Garden can remove debuffs that are inflicted on the team in a pinch, on top of providing healing.
- Having two healers on the team, especially Cotton Cookie, can make up for Shields Blocked. Relying on healers that don't use HP Shields also allows a team to ignore the effect.
- Pure Vanilla Cookie can somewhat ignore the effects of Shields Blocked, as he can provide periodic healing to targets who cannot receive an HP Shield.
- Financier Cookie’s Light's Shield from Paladin Protection ignores Shields Blocked, and can be used to protect herself even with full HP. Paladin's Devotion goes one step further and can protect vulnerable high ATK Cookies from being inflicted with Silence. Protector of the Golden City or Sweet Melody perform similar roles.
