The Frost Crystal Gacha was a special, Event-exclusive Legendary Cookie Gacha pool released in the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update (v2.4) that ran from November 18th, 2021 to January 19th, 2022 alongside the Frost Crystals Event. Similar to the Nether-Gacha and Tide Shard Gacha, it offered a higher chance to obtain 
Frost Queen Cookie or her Soulstones, but can only be drawn from using Frost Crystals, an Event-exclusive currency that could be earned primarily by completing missions in the Frost Crystals Event.

Similar to the standard Cookie Gacha, the Frost Crystal Gacha can be drawn either one pull at a time (costing 100 Frost Crystals) or ten at once (costing 1,000 Frost Crystals); the odds for obtaining rarer results do not vary between the two options. Unlike other Cookie Gachas, it has no probabilities for drawing either Ancient Cookies or other Legendary Cookies. It also features a Mileage system that guarantees the player one free Frost Queen Cookie (or 20 Frost Queen Cookie Soulstones) for every 250 draws.
Through the Frost Crystal Event, the Super Mayhem Tier Challenge Event, Break your Limits! Kingdom Arena Event, Login Holiday Event and other small gifts from the Mailbox, a player could perform up to 228 draws from the Frost Crystal Gacha (22,800 Frost Crystals) via non-premium Frost Crystal obtainment methods*. Therefore, a free-to-play player was not guaranteed to obtain Frost Queen Cookie from the Event.
