Frost Cookie (Korean: 서리맛 쿠키, seoli-mat kuki), also known as Doctor Cookie (Korean: 의사처럼 보이는 쿠키, uisacheoleom boinun kuki, "Cookie Who Looks Like a Doctor") is Frost Queen Cookie's previous identity, being first seen in the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update (v2.4) and properly shown in the Icicle Yeti's Winter Song update (v4.14).
Frost Cookie was a doctor who, alongside her dear friend Snowflake Cookie, was dedicated to researching and curing the mystifying Frost Illness—which she ironically went on to contract herself. In a frigid cave, she perished in her research partner's arms, simultaneously metamorphosing into Frost Queen Cookie and transforming a lonely icicle in the cave into 
Icicle Yeti Cookie.
