The Fractal Crystal Droplet Gacha was a special, Event-exclusive Legendary Cookie Gacha pool that ran from November 22nd, 2023 to December 13th, 2023. It offered a higher chance to obtain 
Frost Queen Cookie, her Soulstones, and her Life Jewels, but could only be drawnfrom using Fractal Crystal Droplets, an Event-exclusive currency. It was the second gacha featuring a returning Legendary Cookie, who was previously featured in the Frost Crystal Gacha.
Similar to the standard Cookie Gacha, the Fractal Crystal Droplet Gacha could be drawn either one pull at a time (costing 100 Fractal Crystal Droplets) or ten at once (costing 1,000 Fractal Crystal Droplets); the odds for obtaining rarer results do not vary between the two options. Like the Legendary and Ancient Gachas, it has no probabilities for drawing either Ancient Cookies, other Legendary Cookies, Dragon Cookies, or Super Epic Cookies. It also featured a pity system that guarantees the player a free Frigid Frost Chest for every 270 draws, from which they can choose to acquire either Frost Queen Cookie or her Life Jewels.
If the player has already ascended Frost Queen Cookie, they'll receive her Resonant Ingredients alongside the usual rewards for getting a duplicate Cookie. If the player has reached the maximum limit of the Resonant Ingredients, they'll receive Mileage Points instead.

Fractal Crystal Droplets could only be earned from the Fractal Crystal Droplets event and other events around this time period, as well from clearing stages in the Icicle Yeti's Winter Song Special Episode. 40 free Fractal Crystal Droplets could be collected from the Shop every day.
