Food Cart Vendor (Korean: 푸드 카트 주인, pudeu kateu ju-in) is an NPC introduced in Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0), appearing first in World Exploration's Dream Express and again in Stardust Cookie's Space Travels.
This character sells food to the various passengers of the trains in the World of Dreams, being known for their famous Starflour Crisps. Though a minor character in Dream Express, the Food Cart Vendor's returning role in Stardust Cookie's Space Travels is considerably more significant.
