The Hollyberry Kingdom is a kingdom founded by 
Hollyberry Cookie. Currently, it is ruled by Royal Berry Cookie and Jungleberry Cookie, with 
Princess Cookie being its princess. It is also the birthplace of 
Tiger Lily Cookie.
Stylistically and thematically, this kingdom takes inspiration from the Rococo and Baroque aesthetics.[1] This kingdom is likely also based on Romance language-speaking European nations such as France, Portugal, and Spain. The kingdom being located in a rainforest area is likely based on South America, the mostly tropical continent with countries like Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela which were once colonized by the latter two aforementioned countries.

The Hollyberry Kingdom is located on the continent of Crispia in the Cookie Kingdom. It is located on the southernmost edge of the continent sitting on the coast of an ocean/sea; it is unclear which body of water is being referred to, but it may likely be the Jellyfish Ocean. The kingdom lies adjacent to the Dragon's Valley and the City of Wizards with the Tower of Frozen Waves off of its coast. The nearest kingdom in relation to the Hollyberry Kingdom is the Dark Cacao Kingdom to the north-northeast.
According to a draft version of the Cookie Kingdom World Map, it also is surrounded by the Primeval Forest and the Little Witch's House, with part of the Candystick Archipelago nearby.

Hollyberry Cookie. Under her heroic leadership, the devastating war with the Tortan was won, and Hollyberry Cookie was unanimously voted Queen of the newly-created Hollyberry Kingdom. Cookies of these lands united under the principles of House Berry: love and prosperity for all. The whole kingdom sang of Hollyberry Cookie’s heroic deeds, and the best Cookie painters eternalized the kingdom’s creation on the ceiling of the great dome built in its very heart.
According to The Art of Cookie Run: Kingdom, the Hollyberry Kingdom was founded by its namesake, Hollyberry Cookie, after she solved southeastern Crispia's monster problem and defeated "the Tortan" (Korean: 타르탄, taleutan), a force never mentioned elsewhere in any media let alone in the game itself. It can be speculated that the Tortan, due to the presence of "the", is a group rather than a single entity. Furthermore, it may be related to or based on tortas, a type of pie or cake, due to its name and tortas tying into the pie theming of the Hollyberry Kingdom.
The original Korean term for the Tortan seems to derive more from the Korean word for tart (타르트, talutu) rather than the Korean word for torta (토르타, toleuta). It is possible, then, for the Tortan to be related to 
Tarte Tatin Cookie; her name and flavor match up with the group, and she likely is Hollyberrian, having history with the Hollyberry Kingdom.

The Hollyberry Kingdom's coat of arms is a horizontally rectangular flag split into four equal quadrants, with the upper left and lower right being a salmon pink and the upper right and lower left taking a magenta color. Emblazoned in the middle is a warm brown lattice pie crust shield with four hollyberries upon it in an X-shape formation, a mauve dagger with a golden hilt and crossguard behind it, and Hollyberry Cookie's heart-shaped Soul Jam surrounded by pearls in its center. A parchment scroll flutters in front of this centerpiece, which reads "Holly Berry" according to an early promotional video. In the centers of the four background quadrants are golden emblems in the shapes of various berries, likely representing the most prominent houses of the kingdom.
Other symbols commonly used to represent the Hollyberry Kingdom are Hollyberry's Soul Jam itself (and hearts in general by extension), vibrant fruits and berries, rain forests and palm trees, topiary, tigers, roses, pies and other pastries, the fleur-de-lis, dragons (particularly Pitaya Dragon Cookie), berry juice/wine, and Rococo-style architecture and art. The colors most associated with this kingdom are vibrant pinks, purples, and reds, toasty browns and golds, tropical blue-greens, and marble creams.

Real-Life Inspiration[]
As stated by developers, the Hollyberry Kingdom was overall inspired by the Rococo style.[1] It is also likely based on Latin Europe, namely France, Italy, and Spain.
The languages of these nations are often known as the "Romance languages". Though "Romance" in this term initially was born from the languages' deriving from Roman vernacular, its modern connotation relates more towards the love-aligned meaning of "romance", and the Hollyberry Kingdom reflects this in its abundance of passion, liveliness, and emotion.

Hollyberrian Cookies, such as 
Raspberry Cookie and Raspberry Mousse Cookie also often use words and quotes from the French language, as do other facets of their society such as its chateaus (meaning "castle" in English) and pavilions (from pavillon). Looking at the known House Raspberry members specifically, Raspberry Cookie is visually and characteristically similar to the Rose of Versailles protagonist Lady Oscar, a heavily French-inspired character based upon a real figure in the nation's history, and Raspberry Mousse Cookie is clearly inspired by the characters of The Three Musketeers, a classic piece of French literature. The Hollyberry Kingdom's forests are perhaps inspired by the dense forests of France, as well.
A Hollyberrian gondolier
The Hollyberry Kingdom's gondola canals throughout its cities closely reflects iconic gondola travel of Venice, Italy. Along with this, the kingdom's relation to carnivals and festivals draws back to Venice's own rich catalogue of festivities—most notably the world-famous Carnival of Venice. Its devout love of wine (or equivalent beverages) is something characteristic of both Italy and France, and another characteristic originating from both Italy and France is the kingdom's notable adoption of fencing, a sport which has a rich history involving each of these countries. Lastly, the emblematic red-and-green color scheme of the land matches closely with Italy's own green, white, and red flag.
The kingdom being located in a jungle is likely a nod to the Amazon rainforest, located in South America with countries that were under Spanish and Portuguese rule, such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela.

Royal Family[]
The calm before the storm
The Hollyberry Kingdom was founded by its namesake, Hollyberry Cookie, after she defeated an adversary besieging southeastern Crispia. She was named its leader and had a child and heir, Royal Berry Cookie. After the events of the Dark Flour War, Hollyberry Cookie unceremoniously fled from her kingdom in shame, leaving Royal Berry Cookie and his wife Jungleberry Cookie to rule the land as its king and queen. Jungleberry Cookie is known to have more influence and power over the kingdom than Royal Berry Cookie, although the two rule together in peaceful unity.
Jungleberry Cookie and her lost daughter
Shortly before Hollyberry Cookie's desertion, the king and queen had two daughters; Princess Cookie and Tiger Lily Cookie, who were graced as the princesses of the kingdom. Just after their birth, however, Tiger Lily Cookie was lost in the wilderness as an infant, and has been lost and estranged from the Hollyberry royal family ever since. When she came of age, Princess Cookie would go on her own adventures outside the kingdom, accompanied only by 
Knight Cookie.
Due to the lack of any passionate royal defenders who could wield the Hollyberry Shield, the Pitaya Dragon was able to return to the Kingdom unopposed, and was made the ruler of the Kingdom in exchange for not destroying it. The absence of any true heirs was so pronounced that a Princess Contest was held to find a worthy bearer of the Hollyberry Shield, one that anyone could join so long as they passed the trials.
