Excited Traveler (설레는 행인, seolleneun haeng-in), also known as Once-Excited Traveler (설렜던 행인, seollessdeon haeng-in), is an NPC who appears in the first part of Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0) in World Exploration's Dream Express and again in Stardust Cookie's Space Travels.
This character is seen traveling on the Sugarcloud Express. The Excited Traveler is assigned without warning by Milky Way Cookie to conduct the train in her absence when she leaves to assist GingerBrave & Friends in reaching the City of Wizards. Here, the character becomes the Once-Excited Traveler, being overwhelmed by this new and sudden position of authority.
