Description Use the torch to inflict periodic Fire-type DMG equal to X% of the Cookies' total ATK to nearby enemies and increases Fire-type DMG they receive by Y% for 15.0 sec.
Effect Upon activation, creates a lingering fire under the nearest group of enemies for 5 sec, dealing DMG equal to 50~125% of the team's ATK every 1 sec and increasing their Fire-type DMG received by 15~35% for 15 sec.
