EXP Star Jellies are items that can be used to increase the level of Cookies. They are primarily earned from Cookie Houses, the Fountain of Abundance, and from World Exploration stages, though can be obtained in many other places. They are a common reward in most events and can also be found in certain packages from the Shop.
EXP Star Jellies are categorized as Free in the Storage and can be stored in stacks of up to 99,999. Sugar Gnome Laboratory upgrades can improve the amount of EXP each jelly gives by up to 10% (decimal rounding down.)

Star Jelly Concentrate[]
Introduced in the Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0), these items can instantly increase the level of Cookies to a certain level. Unlike EXP Star Jellies, these can also be used directly from the Storage.
These can be used on any Cookie with a level lower than the one mentioned on the Star Jelly Concentrate, so it's best to use it on any recently obtained Cookies that the player wants to use frequently, but not on Cookies which are quite close to the mentioned level.
These are exclusive to packages, but are also rarely available from events. A Star Jelly Concentrate Lv.50 can be purchased for 1,000 Dragon Catnip Coins in the Dragon City Shop.
