Dream Conductor's Whistle is an Epic Treasure released in the Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0).
Description
At the beginning of the battle, increases CRIT% by 15.0%, ATK by 40.0% for all allies, and grants the Whistle buff to the two Cookies with the highest ATK, increasing their DMG Resist by 20.0%. When the two Cookies with the Whistle buff are defeated, restores 30.0% of the remaining allies' Max HP.
Effect
(Undispellable) Increases all allies' 
CRIT% by 15% and 
ATK by 30~40%, and grants 
Dream Conductor's Whistle to the two highest ATK Cookies, increasing their DMG Resist by 10~20%. Upon the defeat of an ally with Dream Conductor's Whistle, 
restores 30% of every other Cookie's Max HP.
