Dizzy Cookie (Korean: 어지러운 쿠키, eojileoun kuki) is an NPC introduced in the second half of the Goddess of Eternal Gold update (v4.13). He appears in The Error Report.
Dizzy Cookie is the first to be affected by strange buggy occurrences in the Golden City, making another odd appearance as the rogue System Console's puppet soon afterwards.

The Error Report[]
Dizzy Cookie is seen early in The Error Report outside of the Golden Cheese Colosseum after having lost a bet. He is found to have been flipped upside down by the rogue system console after having wished he could "flip" the results of his lost bet. 
Mozzarella Cookie corrects his inverted state with a Marzipan Cookie's healing eye-beams and erases Dizzy Cookie's memory of the situation.
Later on, Mozzarella Cookie realizes that the System Console of the Golden City had been recklessly granting every wish of its citizens, causing the city's tumult. When she arranges a quiz show consisting of true or false questions in the Colosseum to weed out the truth-telling Console, she discovers that the Console is hiding behind its own fake rendition of Dizzy Cookie. When it is apprehended and erased by the Marzipan Cookies, Mozzarella Cookie remarks on how confused the true Dizzy Cookie will soon be when he is congratulated by everyone for winning the quiz show.
