Decorations, or Decors, are cosmetic objects that can be physically placed in a player's kingdom for Decor Points and general visual appeal. Though existing mostly to allow individuality and flair in a player's kingdom, some Decors can be interacted with by Cookies and many are required to be placed to progress missions and Events. Decorations come in multiple different types, such as Basic Decorations, Cookie Decorations, and Landmarks, and are released in Decoration Themes which align with their styling and lore associations.
Overview[]
Decors are unlocked once a player expands their kingdom's land for the first time, after which they can be purchased from the Decor Shop. A player will unlock multitudes of Decoration Themes, collections of similar Decors, as they increase their Kingdom and Cookie Castle levels.
Decoration Themes and Completion[]
When all Decors belonging to one Theme are obtained, the player will earn a predetermined amount Crystals as a reward depending on the Theme. Having multiple units of a single Decor in Storage does not count for this, it only counts the first time you buy each Decor. Some Themes, particularly those which release "waves" of Decor items at different points in time, do not require every Decor in the Theme to be purchased for a player to reach the Theme's completion goal.
Usable Decorations

Many Decors are usable, meaning they can be interacted with by any Cookie—this function is denoted by a 
Cookie-shape icon in the corner of a Decor's image in its description. These interactions are short and relate to the object's function, such as a seat being used for sitting or a plant being able to be sprinkled with a watering can.

In more rare instances, certain Decors known as Cookie Decorations are designed to be used by specific Cookies, resulting in longer, more elaborate animations. Which Cookies are able to interact with a Cookie Decor can be found by tapping the 
Cookie face icon at the top of applicable Decor in the Decor Shop.
Landmarks []
Landmarks are a kingdom's most prestigious Decors: they provide special effects and bonuses that become stronger with upgrades. This prestige reflects in their cost, with most costing at least hundreds of thousands of Coins or thousands of Crystals. Upgrades for Landmarks require Aurora Materials as well.
Decor Points []
Decor Points are obtained upon placing any Decors in a kingdom and are needed for upgrading the Cookie Castle and unlocking Achievements. Other than Castle upgrading and Achievements, Decor Points are similar to Prestige in that they do not have much use besides signifying a player's standing amongst other players.
