Custard Cookie (Korean: 커스터드맛 쿠키, keosuteodu-mat kuki) is an NPC released in the first part of The Council of Heroes update (v3.0).
He is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders and the head of House Custard, whose sphere of influence is the politics of the Republic.
Personality[]
Custard Cookie, in the view of the public, is a respected man seen in high regard in both himself and in House Custard. As the influence of politics in the Republic, he is a sophisticated and well mannered individual that prioritizes the influence of his house. He finds honor in raising 
Clotted Cream Cookie under House Custard and expresses great pride that his son was elected Consul of the Crème Republic. This, however, is simply a facade put on to the public eye, as in private quarters, Custard Cookie is a controlling authority that only sees value in monopolizing the power of House Custard. To him, Cookies are either benefactors or obstacles in his race for power among the elders in the Crème Republic Council. Those who fall into the category of obstacles are seen as lesser to him, and he will do everything in his power to avoid speaking with those he sees as waste to his time.
Custard Cookie's enormous office
Custard Cookie is shown to have a short temper in moments of rage, completely losing his sophistication and replacing it with threats and insults. He especially finds distaste in Cookies that are of Salty Dough, and has openly insulted 
Oyster Cookie and 
Captain Caviar Cookie with salty dough-related remarks during their objection to the Crème Republic Council's ways of covering up incidents regarding the Undercity. Custard Cookie has even verbally diminished Clotted Cream Cookie in front of the Elders and only backed down once his son was able to prove the actions that led to the moment were his fault.
Custard Cookie is extremely selfish in his ideals and goals. Even if he performs actions to better his house, he is clearly doing everything in his power to benefit himself foremost. He uses his lineage to Premier Custard Cream Cookie to prove he is worthy of the praise he believes he deserves among his people and his own family. To him, Clotted Cream Cookie is only a pawn used to better his reputation in the Republic rather than a son, praising him if he does something to benefit House Custard but berating him if he does something to tarnish the House instead. Custard Cookie firmly believes in his own safety during moments of crisis, even if it means leaving behind his own family, such as during 
Dark Enchantress Cookie's invasion of the Vanilla Kingdom during the Dark Flour War, when he chose to flee by himself alone. When Dark Enchantress Cookie attacks the Republic itself, Custard Cookie choose to flee the nation once more for his own safety, leaving his son and the others to deal with the invasion by themselves.

- Custard Cookie is Premier Custard Cream Cookie's brother and
Clotted Cream Cookie's adoptive father, making him Custard Cookie III's great-uncle.
- Clotted Cream Cookie says that "It is pleasant to see a member of the Custards call [the player's kingdom] home" in one of his tap quotes, possibly referring to Custard Cookie III.
- Custard Cookie shares his Korean voice actor, Kwon Changwook, with, Crunchy Chip Cookie.
