Croissant Cookie (Korean: 크루아상맛 쿠키, keuruasang-mat kuki) is an NPC who first appears in the Interdimensional Super Mayhem update (v2.2).
Croissant Cookie is a mechanic of the Time Balance Department (TBD), an organization that ensures that the timelines remain stable and intact. She mends time rifts and apprehends those who would distort the space-time continuum, such as 
Twizzly Gummy Cookie.
While she is not currently playable in Kingdom, she is fully playable in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
Game Description (OvenBreak)[]
The Time Balance Department (TBD) constantly monitors the world with chronographs to check if the timelines are intact. This mysterious organization of elite agents has never outsourced tasks or scouted for new talent...until now. Hushed rumors of awe claim that Croissant Cookie restored a derelict rust bucket and tinkered around with it until it became a fully functioning, flying Timecraft! Croissant Cookie's pastry dough was rolled and folded, rolled and folded many times over to create intricate layers. Perhaps this is why she understands complex mechanics and can fix them in a cinch. Her goggles, a self invention, display her destination's exact coordinates and vector without fail. Pulling an all-nighter isn't a problem for this Cookie, especially if it means her fellow agents can patrol the timelines without a hitch. With each new day, she raises her trusty spanner into the air and exclaims, "Time travel! WOOT!"
Story[]
Dragon's Valley[]
Croissant Cookie first appears near the end of the Dragon's Valley Story, having detected a time rift anomaly that she suspects Twizzly Gummy Cookie is responsible for. Just as Twizzly Gummy Cookie activates a time jumper to teleport everyone in her vicinity to another world and timeline, Croissant Cookie arrives, freezing and mending the time rift while returning everyone back into the present. She then arrests Twizzly Gummy Cookie and her band of misfits, explaining the felonies that they committed such as jumping across dimensions and stealing experimental TBD technology. She apologizes to everyone else for the ruckus before traveling out of the timeline with the convicts in tow.
The Kingdom's Best Cake Shop[]
Croissant Cookie makes a brief appearance in Twizzly Gummy Cookie's segment, having chased down the escaped misfits in a forest. However, she arrives just as Wild Strawberry Cookie throws a piece of cake at Toothpaste Cookie, taking the hit to her face instead. Twizzly Gummy Cookie yells for everyone to run for it while a blinded Croissant Cookie attempts to stop them while cleaning the cake off her face.
