Cream Cookie (Korean: 쿠키앤크림 쿠키, kuki-en-kurim-kuki, "Cookies and Cream Cookie") is an NPC introduced in the second part of the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update (v2.5), appearing in Cocoa Cookie's Unforgettable Winter.
Though unplayable in Kingdom, Cream Cookie was once playable in LINE Cookie Run.
Game Description (LINE)[]
A delicious mix of cookie and cream, she enjoys knitting in front of a warm oven. Years of running taught her to manage the scarce Energy pool well and, even with advanced arthritis, she is fierce competition to all the youngsters.

- Cream Cookie's internal name is "cookie0014".
- Despite having not been playable since Cookie Run LINE/Kakao, Cream Cookie's internal name is structured in the same way as a playable Cookie's name instead of as an NPC’s. This is the same case for most other NPC Cookies with playable roles in other games.
- Cream Cookie's name in the original Korean text (쿠키앤크림 쿠키, kuki-en-kurim-kuki) translates to Cookies and Cream Cookie in English.
- Cream Cookie shares her voice actress, Jo Kyeong-yi, with
