[Edit]
Hollyberry Cookie (Aegis) takes up her shield once more, reinforcing her team with even stronger Steel. The first hit of her skill behaves much like her original one, but now follows up with a powerful shield slam that deals damage based on her own colossal Max HP. She grants a full arsenal of defensive buffs to the team: 45%
DMG Focus, -35% DMG Dampening, -35%
CRIT DMG Down, and +35%
DMG Debuff Resist to the team, powerful defensive buffs that she can keep up perpetually. If she gains enough
Steelbound Passion or if her HP drops too low, she'll gain the Steelbound Guardian status, refreshing her skill, healing her, and making her
Invulnerable for 5 seconds to let her charge back into the fray. In this state, DMG Focus and DMG Dampening become permanent buffs for the team, and have even stronger percentages too. She'll passively heal fellow Steel-type Cookies when their HP drops too low, and her Rally Effect can buff Steel-types by both increasing their DMG Resist Bypass and letting them passively deal DMG to nearby enemies based on their Max HP.
Shadow Milk Cookie is one of the most dangerous Cookies in the Arena, excelling in locking down a single target while spreading chaos upon his enemies.
Act 1: Lies will almost always be used first in battle, granting Shadow Milk Cookie DMG Resist and an
HP Shield as it locks down a hapless foe with the lowest Max HP with
Puppet Show, inflicting Shackles, Curse, True Max HP DMG every second, and increased DMG taken for 5 irreducible seconds, no matter if its target has
Immunity or resistance to interrupting effects. Those defeated before the skill finishes become Soul Phantoms, increasing the damage of the skill's final burst to even deadlier heights. Those who survive suffer
Taint, further hurting their effectiveness in battle unless they can cleanse the effect. Even if Shadow Milk Cookie would be defeated, he simply retreats to his Shadow Form while a puppet takes his place, returning with health restores and a reset skill after wards. His Eye of Truth is similar to
Lily Bud's Lily Restoration, granting buffs and purifying debuffs as it watches the team accumulate debuffs; if its owner revives, it changes into the Eye of Deceit, spawning dark fire circles that deal damage and refresh Taint on enemies.
Marshmallow Bunny Cookie is a safeguarded cookie, meaning she cannot be incapacitated, and can heal the team even when everyone else is incapacitated. Aside from her healing, she can also increase the team's DMG resist, Debuff resist, and DMG resist bypass, as well as CRIT% damage. In the arena, DMG resist bypass is especially useful against cookies such as
Hollyberry Cookie (Aegis) making use of high DMG resist stats.
Eternal Sugar Cookie's mythic beauty conceals her true danger, drowning foes in toxic debuffs while lovebombing allies with buffs.
Eternal Enchantment features a short Cooldown, high DMG, bypasses the DMG Resist of Cookies, and overwhelms any survivors with powerful debuffs ranging from
Charm,
Delightful Temptation,
Enchanted, and
Laxness, each of them debilitating Cookeis in small ways. Eternal Sugar Cookie also applies Guilt to the Cookies that try to harm her, crippling them by inflicting
DMG Dealt Down on them before applying +45%
Weakness, -30%
Healing Down, and causing them to take a great amount of damage at max stacks. As if that wasn't enough, Eternal Sugar Cookie supports allied Cookies with a generous +25%
DMG, with her retinue of Cotton Candy Angels providing even more buffs the fewer allied Cookies are remaining.
Doughael is the first Super Epic Cookie to join the ranks of overpowered
Healing Cookies. They are, like
Mystic Flour Cookie, immune to all incapacitating effects, making them one of the tankiest
Healing cookies to be released. Moreover, as they are a cookie prioritized to the
Middle, they can be paired with
Pure Vanilla Cookie (Compassionate) without affecting
Pure Vanilla Cookie (Compassionate)'s passive. They also boast unfathomable healing capabilities, as they heal according to the max HP of themselves and the target, and after the first healing period concludes there is extra healing according to max HP once again. However, that is just the first part of their healing prowess.
Consecrated Vow increases
DMG Resist and Debuff Resist, and heals according to a proportion of received DMG over 10 sec to the entire team, and inflicts Sacred Preachings to the enemy that reduces the damage they deal and their ATK. Lastly, the ally with the highest ATK will receive the Disciple of the Abyss buff, making that ally not only immune to all incapacitating effects like themselves and can become immune to effects like
Puppet Show and
Enchanted, but also receive a staggering 22% reduction in damage, and an ATK increase buff, with all of these buffs being further enhanced after
Doughael's defeat. Compounded with
Shield of Conviction ('s) DMG Dampening, the team would be near invincible, and the cookie with the highest ATK would most likely be able to survive even longer.
Pure Vanilla Cookie (Compassionate) ascends beyond
Pure Vanilla Cookie's abilities, equipped with even greater magics to ensure his friends' survival. His newfound
Warmth of Compassion Skill boasts even stronger healing capabilities, now summoning Shards of Light that heal the team even further while damaging the enemy team and reducing the DMG they deal. If he is the only
Healing Cookie in the Rear row, his passive immunizes his the team from
Silence and Cooldown debuffs, alongside reviving the first Cookie on his team that falls in battle after a few seconds. His Rally Effect grants the whole team
Max HP and
DMG Resist, making it universally applicable to any composition.
Fire Spirit Cookie brings immense destruction, setting battlefields ablaze. His
Ever-Burning Flames Skill's Flame Explosion and Flame Orb boast scorching-high ATK multipliers and DMG Resist Bypass, growing stronger for each
Fire-type included on the team while its use remains fully intangible throughout the Skill. These abilities apply
Explosive Burn and
Weakness respectively, opening their targets up to taking even more Fire damage throughout the fight. Fire Spirit Cookie also applies Wall of Fire to all allies at the beginning of the battle, granting them a helpful
HP Shield and
DMG Resist to weather any opening salvo. Even if he's snuffed out, he can make use of his own
Revive to return with full HP and a reset skill. Fire Hydras rise whenever a Cookie on Fire Spirit Cookie's team is defeated, attacking multiple targets at once and inflicting
Burn with each hit. Fire Spirit Cookie pairs well with
Burning Spice Cookie, amplifying the latter's damage even if his immunity to Burn ironically dampens the amount of buffs Burning Spice Cookie normally gets from Burned allies.

[Edit]
Mystic Flour Cookie has everything a
Healing Cookie could ask for. Not only can she heal for exceptional amounts by using
Whispers of Apathy, but she grants
Buff Protection and passively ignores any incapacitating effects that could crowd-control her, as long as there are no Safeguarded Cookies on her team. She can grant HP Shields that cannot be removed through
Zap or
Overcurrent through her Cocoon of Futility, keeping her team's HP well-protected thanks to the extra
DMG Resist that
Touch of Meaninglessness provides. On top of all this, she's able to inflict
Pale Plague on the enemy team, increasing the Cooldowns of her enemies, lowering their ATK power, and increasing the damage they receive. If any enemy even thinks of trying to dispel Pale Plague or be immune to it, their Cooldown will just get increased again, further delaying their Skills. Finally, she brings a Lantern of Apathy that heals the team throughout the whole battle, increasing both the ATK and DEF powers of her allies. It'll even be boosted if Mystic Flour Cookie is defeated, granting
HP Shields,
DMG Down DMG Resist, and
Debuff Resist, on top of continuing to heal the team for the rest of the battle.
Stormbringer Cookie can build nothing but CRIT% and get away with it, being loaded with plenty of passive abilities that make use of the stat. The most important of these is the
Supercharge buff, which scales with Stormbringer Cookie's CRIT% to passively grant both her and any Electricity-type Cookies free DMG Resist, Max HP, and Debuff Resist. As long as the buff is active, which requires Stormbringer Cookie having more than 30% CRIT%, she'll unleash a Chain Lightning attack every few attacks, which bounces between foes to damage them. Her Skill
Lightning Blitzstorm lets her charge forward and deal multiple hits while pushing foes back, then finishes with a thunderous lightning strike in a large area in front of her, with every hit inflicting
Zap and bypassing up to 35% of the opponent's DMG Resist. On top of that, Stormbringer's Punishment will strike opponents out of the blue every so often—this deadly lightning bolt not only deals damage that increases with the number of Zap debuffs on opponents, but Petrifies them too, locking them in place even if they have
Immunity effects. It'll also inflict the
Overcurrent debuff on them, a undispellable frustration that deals damage every second, amplifies Electricity-type damage taken, and has a good chance to
Stun the target every 0.5 seconds! Stormbringer's Punishment has its own separate Cooldown, and is only fired depending on Stormbringer's Aura, a separate system that stacks up whenever Stormbringer's Punishment is off Cooldown, both by itself and via the team dealing multiple instances of Electricity-type damage.
Elder Faerie Cookie's Skill provides an interesting and useful variety of both offensive and defensive effects. The most notable of these is
Prism Shard, which blocks any instance of DMG that would deal more than 10% of the Cookie's Max HP from dealing more DMG, getting consumed to restore the Cookie's HP for a short duration. To enemies, he'll inflict
Injury to make them easier to burst down,
Healing Down to make them struggle to recover, and
Taunt to redirect their biggest attacks to himself. To allies, he'll grant
DMG Resist and
HP Shields, making the entire team much tankier. This combination of damage reduction, damage negation and healing healing fittingly makes Elder Faerie Cookie one of few Cookies that can defend against and protect allies from
Shadow Milk Cookie's Skill, effectively tanking the absurd amount of damage it deals. With the addition of
Hollyberry Cookie (Aegis), his tanking abilities have increased exponentially due to their strong synergy; most notably from the rally effects she grants to
Steel-type Cookies.
Green Tea Mousse Cookie can provide ally cookies and herself with great defensive buffs. Her skill
Mousse Shield provides a burst of team healing of up to 50% of their max HP as long as she receives a total of 5 hits which tremendously improves everyone's survivability. Moreover, she applies
Taunt to the enemies redirecting all direct hits to herself and has a chance to
Stun the enemy team. This, paired with a 20%
DMG Focus towards herself can make her ally cookies invulnerable to direct hits and therefore allows the main damage dealers to use their skill without interruption. To further enhance her tanky buffs, Green Tea Mousse Cookie grants 25%
DMG Resist to her allies and herself on top of the
Tailwind buff she provides to herself which can stack up to 30%
DMG Resist and
ATK SPD Up by 21%.

Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord)'s
Awakened King immediately
Silences enemies on the first hit to halt any other Skills that might follow, and that's just the beginning of this awakened Cookie's Skill. Like his original form, Dark Cacao Cookie will inflict
Injury onto enemies, but not only will he also inflict
Fatal Wound to increase the limit of Max HP that foes can lose, but he'll also inflict even greater Injury debuffs onto opposing
Defense and
Charge Cookies, softening them up more quickly. He'll follow up by becoming becoming intangible as he unleashes another devastating sword strike that inflicts
Consuming Darkness,
ATK Down, and
Gloom, a debuff that lowers DEF and prevents any Healing from being received by Cookies. These attacks deal more damage the more Consuming Darkness debuffs foes have, and complement his Rally Effect that grants Cookies
Darkness Absorption, letting them heal from Darkness-type damage they deal. Dark Cacao Cookie himself is immune to Injury and Petrification; on top of having further increased stats, he grants all allies free
DMG Resist, and any Charge Cookies a little extra ATK, including himself.
Burning Spice Cookie sows what he embodies, nigh-unstoppable destruction.
Tyrant's Wrath transforms him with the
Berserker buff, granting him
Immunity, higher ATK SPD, higher CRIT%, and even more ATK with each
Enrage buff that he earns from regular attacks. While transformed, he takes some of his allies' ATK to increase his own, potentially doubling his ATK based on the strength of his team. He ends his destructive warparth with a giant plummeting axe of doom that ignores a substantial amount of DMG Resist, wiping out enemies in one blow while leaves a flaming pool of lava that lowers opponents' ATK and ATK SPD. His passive ability is Firestorm, which activates every 6 seconds to increase allies' CRIT% and CRIT DMG and inflict
Burn on everyone on the field, including his own team. He also gives the most potent attacker on the opposite side
The Destroyer's Gaze debuff, which makes Burning Spice Cookie take only 50% damage from that particular enemy while increasing the damage that enemy takes from him by 30%.
Fire-type allies that fight alongside Burning Spice Cookie gain the
Revelry of Flames buff, increasing their Max HP, ATK, DMG Resist, and CRIT% depending on how many Burn stacks they have on themselves.
Golden Cheese Cookie (Immortal) is a significant upgrade from
Golden Cheese Cookie, providing much more offensive and defensive utility. Her
Radiance of the Immortal Skill not only has higher multipliers, but changes the target of Immortal's Retribution to the lowest-HP enemy, inflicting
Curse and
Healing Prevention on them to prevent any chance of them recovering, on top of huge damage that bypasses 40% of the main target's DMG Resist and 35% of all secondary targets' DMG Resist. The Skill will also inflict
Immortal's Punishment on the main target, which deals massive area damage if that target is defeated. In addition to her Skill, Immortal Golden Cheese Cookie's self-revive ability has been enhanced, allowing her to immediately use her Skill upon revival. Reviving this way also grants her
Immortal's Return, increasing her DMG Resist, DEF and ATK. Finally, Immortal Golden Cheese Cookie increases the ATK and DMG Resist of all
Ranged Cookies on the team, while her Rally Effect grants all
Earth-type Cookies +25%
Max HP Up if it's active. Overall, Immortal Golden Cheese Cookie can be a massive threat to any team, easily crippling their main attackers while having a solid contingency plan in case she dies, and providing useful buffs to herself and her allies.
Wind Archer Cookie has one of the shortest Cooldowns in the game at a blazing fast 6 seconds, meaning that a 1 second initial Cooldown is very easy to hit. Pair that with
Last Wind's long
Stun and you have the perfect first Skill of the battle. While in his Skill's transformation, he has increased HP,
Immunity, and five Pursuer Arrows on each attack that spread to every opponent. Alone they don't deal that much damage, but once the
Pursuer debuff that they inflict reaches 3 stacks (which can happen quickly thanks to to Wind Archer Cookie's ATK SPD buffs from
Tailwind), it will explode and deal area-wide True Damage. Each of these damage instances inflict
Trace of the Wind, which lowers the damage that enemies deal to Cookies, especially to
Wind-type Cookies. To top it all off, Wind Archer Cookie has a final attack that deals damage based on how many
Mighty Gale buffs he built up by attacking while transformed, and traps opponents in a
Cyclone, rendering them vulnerable for a while. The best part? He'll do it all over again essentially instantly due to his tiny Cooldown.
Wildberry Cookie provides a teamwide
DMG Resist buff whenever he enters Battle Mode with
Wild Punch, allowing his allies to survive damage more easily. It helps him even more than it helps them (literally, as he gains more DMG Resist from it), since he needs tankiness to weather attacks to continuously gain
Wild stacks, increasing the damage of his Final Blow based on his Max HP. This makes him especially potent against teams that inflict numerous hits, and can let him unleash a deadly knockout punch once the damage multipliers are applied. His Magic Candy Skill,
Royal Bodyguard, gives him a little more of a good thing by improving the damage of his knockout punch and letting him grant his team a
HP Shield based on his Max HP, as well as some
CRIT DMG Down at the level breakpoints.
Rockstar Cookie can pump out tons of both healing and
CRIT% Up, and grants teammates
Legendary Rock Spirit so they can heal themselves based on how much they can CRIT. He also gives out
Curse Protection, which ensures that teammates can still hold onto their buffs even when hit by effects like
Curse or
Sign of the Stars. Even if he gets defeated, he'll perform an Encore that all but heals everyone back to full no matter how much damage they've taken!
Cream Ferret Cookie has the benefit of being a Special Cookie that doesn't interfere with
Mystic Flour Cookie while still remaining untouchable as long as they can use their Skill
Snuggly Ferret, which grants allies
DMG Resist,
CRIT% Up and
CRIT DMG Up buffs on top of healing them. They'll also grant the ally with the highest ATK the
Fuzzy Scarf buff, which increases ATK, CRIT DMG, and Debuff and grants additional healing. As an added bonus, Cream Ferret possess the ability to save an ally whose HP falls low with
Precious Friend, shielding them and healing them based on how much HP they're missing. Cream Ferret Cookie becomes intangible whenever any of their abilities are triggered, allowing them to avoid damage and Skills for long periods of time as long as there's allies for them to take care of.
Icicle Yeti Cookie may be a Safeguarded
Healing Cookie, but when they use
Let's Be Friends!, they'll make a targetable shield of ice that'll redirect 30% of all direct damage that allies take towards it, improving everyone's effective Max HP by a considerable amount for free! They'll heal the team during this time, healing Cookies with Ice-type Skills by a much higher amount, as well as granting
DMG Down,
Amplify Buff, and
Freeze Resistance to all teammates.
Snapdragon Cookie is essentially a better, more accessible
BTS Cookie, benefitting from boosts that
Support Cookies receive and providing more buffs without many conditions:
Debuff Resist,
ATK Up,
DMG Down,
Stun Resistance, and an
HP Shield that covers 13.5% of max HP. Their safeguarded status means that they don't have to worry about survival themselves, and can use their Skill even if the rest of the team is incapacitated. The unique
Draconic Lifeforce buff they provide makes Dragon Cookies even bulkier.
Fettuccine Cookie is one of the tankiest frontliners in the game, able to outlast most other Front Cookies without any other support.
Unstable Fettuccine gradually heals Fettuccine Cookie back up, passively applies an undispellable
ATK Down debuff on nearby enemies, and redirects all enemy Skills to her via
Taunt. The less HP she has, the more DMG Resist she has, making her nigh-impossible to knock out without high-enough burst damage. Even if a team manages to bring her HP down low enough to knock her out, she'll instead have
Immortality for a short duration, which can be long enough for her to use her Skill once again, albeit with reduced ATK.
Financier Cookie is a strong
Defense-type Cookie with high base stats and a large focus on keeping a particular teammate alive. Her
Paladin Protection Skill boosts the durability of both herself and the team's best DPS, granting them
DMG Down,
CRIT DMG Down, healing, and a shield that hurts attackers once depleted. This allows both Financier Cookie and her protected ally to survive long throughout the fight, and can even be the decisive last Skill cast that finishes a duel between two remaining Cookies.
Paladin's Devotion, the Magic Candy version of her Skill, additionally grants both of them
Immunity and higher resistances, as well as extra
DMG Down for the whole team and a burst of healing based on Financier Cookie's DEF.
Moonlight Cookie pierces up to 40% DMG Resist with half of her teamwide-hitting Skill
Dream of the Night Sky, and inflicts
Sleep on enemies with the other half, regardless of whether they resist debuffs or not (since they'll receive
Drowsy instead). Combined with her both becoming intangible as she uses her Skill and healing after waking up from enemy Sleep debuffs, and Moonlight becomes one of the most helpful all-around damage dealers one can have in the Kingdom Arena. Her Crystal Jam at low levels, contentiously, trades some of her damage for near-instant Sleep debuffs that last for longer, but she progressively becomes much stronger with damage along with the extremely strong sleep debuff as it is leveled up.
Crimson Coral Cookie is an incredible solo tank, both able to withstand an incredible amount of damage and protect her team from a wide variety of debuffs.
Somber Affection grants
Resistance to DEF Reduction,
DMG Down,
CRIT DMG Down, all of which are undispellable, and
Curse Protection, improving both everyone's bulkiness and preventing curses such as
Sign of the Stars. The only condition for her is that she has to be run as the only
Front Cookie to receive all the buffs that she can earn, but doing so grants her
Coral Armor, as well as
Max HP Up and
Water-type ATK Up for the entire team. She can especially enable powerful Cookies that deal Water-type damage, such as
Black Pearl Cookie and
Sea Fairy Cookie.
Rebel Cookie can be a nasty surprise to encounter, as he dumps both
DEF Down and All-types DMG Up onto a team. This inflicts up to -84% DEF onto enemies at maximum, but also increases the DMG they take from Cookies that deal element-type DMG by 60%, while granting his team
CRIT% Up to boot! This opens up any Cookie that can't protect itself from these debuffs to take an immense amount of damage, especially if Rebel Coookie's teammates deal element-type DMG. Once his Skill is done, he'll shield teammates based on the DMG dealt while creating two clones of himself on the frontline to battle for a short while, knocking foes back with their attacks and requiring multiple hits to defeat.
Burnt Cheese Cookie keeps a single Cookie protected with
Protector of the Golden City, giving them immunity to debuffs and Curse Protection. He'll also redirect 50% of all damage they take towards him via
DMG Focus, granting them an absurd amount of survivability.
Protector of the Golden City will also damage and stun enemies for a short duration, as well improve the CRIT DMG of any Earth-type damage the team deals, but it's the protective effects it provides that can be most valuable.
Camellia Cookie is a Super Epic Cookie with a simple yet dangerous Skill, with
Battle Scene Painting dealing good spread damage that applies
Weakness on every hit. The final hit deals powerful damage with a good amount of DMG Resist Bypass. This final hit also
Stuns for 2 seconds, and dispels the buffs off of the two opponents with the highest ATK. Alongside dealing damage, Camellia Cookie also provides decent
Debuff Resist to himself and
CRIT% Up to his team, allowing him to have good synergy with a multitude of allies.
White Lily Cookie is highly versatile in the Kingdom Arena, able to either lock enemy teams down or wipe them out herself. Her Skill,
Lily Bud, deals relatively-decent damage, but deals extra DMG for every buff she has, including the
Lily Restoration stacks that she builds up by either watching allies receive debuffs or using her Skill. Her high Skill multipliers are further amplified by her DMG Resist Bypass,
Weakness application, and DMG relative to Max HP. She has strong utility via
Vines and
MOV SPD Down, and if reaches the maximum Lily Restoration stacks, she consumes them to trigger an instant teamwide heal and cleanse. White Lily Cookie has great synergy with almost any team due to appreciating any of the numerous buffs she can get, while also locking the enemy team down for the rest of her allies to deal damage to them. This allows her to be used in a variety of teams, including single-tank, double-tank, and one-shot comps.
Pure Vanilla Cookie is able to heal a large amount of every ally's health in one go while also applying
HP Shields to protect everyone. Having increased passive Debuff Resist means that he can use his Skill ahead of his team if they all get crowd-controlled; if his Shields are removed, he grants his teammate healing-over-time regardless. His regular healing attack even provides
Amplify Buff to his target, ensuring that they receive even more healing and protection. Finally, he even has a means of dispelling otherwise-undispellable
Injury, halving its effects on his team and healing the missing health restore.
B Tier
[Edit]
Frost Queen Cookie's
Freezing Squall is able to deal incredible damage and apply one of the best debuffs in the game,
Freeze; it both stops Skill Cooldowns from decrementing and deals bonus damage on enemies when it ends, increased based on the
Frost stacks that enemies have. Her Crystal Jam grants her
Eternal Frost, which not only adds a damaging Blizzard before the burst to wear foes down, and not only increases all Ice-type damage dealt by the team with her Rally Effect, but even grants a chance for any allies that deal Ice-type damage to apply Freeze as well, dealing even more damage based on Frost Queen Cookie's ATK. This makes Frost Queen Cookie even more powerful with Cookies that with synergize with her, such as
Sherbet Cookie or
Snow Sugar Cookie, unleashing a constant freezing blizzard upon enemy teams that can't handle the cold.
Golden Cheese Cookie puts immense pressure on the opponent team with
Brilliance of the Absolute, raining AOE attacks upon them and ending with a devastating nuke on the enemy with the highest ATK, all of which ignores a substantial amount of DMG Resist. The initial Skill makes the rest of her Skills stronger by making the enemies take 30% more Earth-type damage, and applies more
Spear of Radiance stacks the fewer enemies there are on the enemy team, increasing the damage of Spear of the Absolute. Not only does she gain intangibility while using her Skill, but if she's ever defeated, she'll enter her sarcophagus with
Sarcophagus of Gold, protecting her team with a shield that prevents knockback. Unless this sarcaphagus is destroyed within 6 seconds, Golden Cheese Cookie will revive afterwards with full HP and a ready-to-use Skill!
her awakened form however provides higher damage values so there's no reason to not Awaken her as soon as you can.
Sea Fairy Cookie is able to deal massive damage to all enemies and
Stun them all for 3 seconds, making it a powerful but straightforward Skill.
Rising Tide is an even stronger version of this Skill, able to be used both at the start of the battle and whenever Sea Fairy Cookie builds up enough Tidal Wave stacks. Overall, she is a solid choice with multiple uses around the game, though struggles to stay competitive compared to other Cookies of the same tier.
Stardust Cookie's
Wrath of the Stars can not only deal great area damage that can weaken
Middle and
Rear Cookies, but inflicts the incredibly dangerous
Sign of the Stars debuff that can absolutely destroy one of the enemy team's main attackers. Not only does Sign of the Stars inflict a 30% ATK drop, but it also reduces healing by 40% and increases received damage by 35%, all the while preventing additional buffs from being placed on them. It also inflicts deadly damage if it's ever dispelled, preventing most teams from safely running dispelling effects against Stardust Cookie. Additionally, the intangibility offered during the Skill allows Stardust to dodge many Skills at convenient times, and the passive additional damage dealt to foes inflicted with
Sleep (which Stardust Cookie can apply upon critical hit with his Skill) pairs extremely well with
Moonlight Cookie, who can inflict Sleep on a whole team.
Black Pearl Cookie is able to not only deal Max HP periodic damage that bypasses DMG Resist, but also inflicts one of the worst debuffs to be inflicted by in the game,
Terror of the Abyss with her
Duskgloom's Sovereign. Being able to inflict reduce movement speed, ATK, and ATK SPD all at the same time hurts any team, but the real pain is in
Healing Down, crippling a team's ability to heal itself back up. Terror of the Abyss also deals damage to Cookies if it's dispelled, making it dangerous to run
Bookseller's Monocle if the damage multipliers get too high. Worst of all is how Black Pearl Cookie even becomes intangible while inflicting all of these effects, allowing her dodge enemy Skills at the same time that she uses hers. Her Crystal Jam allows her to bypass even more DMG Resist, inflicting
ATK Down, and gain Hatred every 1 sec during battle, enhancing her Skill. Once it's full, it's able to inflict
Water Cage, pausing Cooldown and bypassing 20% of
Debuff Resist! She also gains increased Hatred stacks when an ally is defeated, allowing her to enhance her empowered Skill more often.
Vampire Cookie, despite having low HP and a somewhat simple kit, can be a dangerous wildcard to encounter within one-shot comps. With
Fatal Bite, he is granted a free
Revive as well as
Invulnerable for 1 second. His most valuable role in the team is not to deal damage, but to help trigger
Vial of Raging Dunes and
Insignia of the Indomitable Knights due to his revive, allowing teams to quickly heal up and trade buffs and debuffs with the enemy.
Star Coral Cookie's
Twinkling Coral is an incredible Skill, being able to provide a plethora of useful buffs for the entire team, such as
HP Shields,
CRIT% Up,
ATK SPD Up, and the incredibly useful
Stun Immunity. Alongside periodic healing and the powerful
Star Coral buff which increases Max HP, ATK, and DMG Resist, Star Coral Cookie is able to bring powerful periodic damage that can make sure the enemies are always damaged somewhat, so that her allies can finish the battle.
Raspberry Cookie can debilitate one of the opposition's biggest threats with
Raspberry Reprise. The Skill's
40% ATK drop can spell disaster for the opponent if timed correctly to consistently hit right before the enemy's biggest attacker uses their Skill. This already fatal skill is enhanced through her magic candy skill,
Raspberry Sword Dance, dealing even more hits to the enemy while applying
Scarlet Mark to the attacked target, hindering their ability to heal and making them more susceptible to Steel-type DMG.
Capsaicin Cookie, while not the best at dealing huge amounts of damage, is able to always keep the pressure on by inflicting both
Burn and
Magma with
Capsaicin Magma, which ensures that the opponent is always losing HP throughout the battle. Once Capsaicin Cookie reaches his last sliver of health, he gained
Immortality cannot be defeated for 6 seconds, ensuring that he lives long enough to receive HP again while still fanning the flames on his opponents.
Blueberry Pie Cookie has great synergy with Cookies that can constantly inflict debilitating effects like
Stun,
Sleep, and
Freeze. When battling in teams that can continuously incapacitate enemy Cookies, Blueberry Pie Cookie's Cursed Tome can quickly gain 7 stacks of
Greed, triggering its Sealed Power attack very often. She also has high survivability, granting herself
DMG Resist for a good duration on every Skill use, as well as incredible amounts of self-healing for a
Magic Cookie. Her Magic Candy Skill
Secrets of the Tome lets Sealed Power deal even more damage the higher her CRIT% is, along with inflicting stacks of
Zap and further increasing the CRIT% and CRIT DMG of Electricity-type Cookies such.
Captain Caviar Cookie is fearless, and is the only Epic Cookie that isn't fazed by
Terror of the Abyss.
Black Shark Torpedo deals heavy area damage while dealing
DEF Down, which can be especially dangerous against teams that are grouped up together. He also grants
Debuff Resist to his own team, which helps against the large number of debuffs currently in the meta.
Black Shark Torpedo Mk.2 is an even deadlier version of his Skill, allowing all of his DMG to ignore a good amount of DMG Resist and featuring additional explosions after the torpedos land on enemies, with each level breakpoint of the Magic Candy adding another explosion!
Pastry Cookie's
Battle Prayer makes her a powerful flurry attacker, being able to hit multiple targets with ricochet arrows with her regular attacks. Her
ATK SPD is boosted by 50%, which along with additional ATK SPD buffs can exponentially increase the output of the bonus DMG that her Skill grants her attacks. Her Magic Candy Skill
Fervent Prayer fires even more ricochets and deals more damage to targets vulneranble to Wind-type damage, increasing the damage of ricochet hits as it's leveled up.
Kouign-Amann Cookie's primary job is to support her fellow Light-wielding Cookies such as
Madeleine Cookie or
Crème Brûlée Cookie, but that doesn't mean she's a slouch!
Paladin's Way not only empowers the two Cookies with the highest ATK SPD, but also halves the effect of
ATK SPD Down effects such as
Frost on those Cookies. She'll gradually give herself up to 10 stacks of
ATK SPD Up as she attacks, gaining additional ATK for each ATK SPD buff that she has—this extra ATK can make her final strike at the end of her Skill especially painful if she can build it up!
Dark Choco Cookie is a classic tank capable of lowering the opponents
DEF stat, along with dealing multiple hits with
Sword of Darkness and inflicting
Consuming Darkness. His Skill is very simple by itself, but once upgraded into
Downpour of Darkness via his Magic Candy, it becomes capable of dealing incredibly high amounts of damage to foes based on the number of Consuming Darkness debuffs they have, as well as increasing the Darkness damage that both foes receive and allies inflict. When leveled even further, it'll inflict foes with debuffs that amplify the debuffs and CRIT DMG that they receive. Send him to battle with
Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord), and he'll be able to heal himself with enhanced
Darkness Absorption and gain additional
DMG Resist.
Cloud Haetae Cookie may not seem like much, especially when they're relatively frail for a Defense Cookie without the
Loyalty buff they can get by being on a team with
Mystic Flour Cookie. Their
Haetae Charge only provides an
HP Shield for the team and heals a single Cookie on each attack, with their buffs otherwise focused on making themselves tankier while transformed. Their greatest value, however, is in inflicting
No Debuff Immunity on enemies - a debuff that nullifies the effects of
Immunity and allows those Cookies to receive debuffs! This allows Cloud Haetae Cookie's team to inflict any and every debuff to enemies with Immunity effects, punishing them for trying to hide behind the buff.
Mint Choco Cookie is able to provide a large
ATK SPD Up buff, which allows the rest of the team to barrage the enemy with rapid attacks. Mint Choco Cookie himself can be rather frail, and is typically only used in specialized teams focused on ATK SPD. When having his Magic Candy built, he becomes a very solid and tanky support when used with
Wind Archer Cookie, having high healing, DMG Resist and Wind-Type Buffs.
Parfait Cookie's
Sweet Melody is one of the best all-around healing Skills in the game. The
DEF boost and 50%
Debuff Resist from her base Skill was helpful even by itself, but the addition of the Magic Candy now also grants her whole team the ability to convert excess healing into HP Shields. She can also grant both herself and the Cookie with the highest ATK
Immunity for 4 seconds, selectively granting the most powerful teammate the ability to shrug off and ignore debuffs for a short while. Combined with
Curse Protection, this lets her even purge and protect allies from Curse-like effects that normally block buffs!
Peach Blossom Cookie offers two unique status effects to friends and foes, on top of healing his team. Friends will receive
Heavenly Fruit, increasing both their DMG Resist and Debuff Resist by 30%. Foes will receive
Unripe Peach Bao, inflicting a lot of damage over a very short period of time and reducing their ATK SPD and MOV SPD by 35% and 20% respectively. Since Unripe Peach Bao can stack up to two times, this can result in a very slow-moving team for enemies, while Peach Blossom Cookie's allies enjoy some well-rounded defensive buffs.
Twizzly Gummy Cookie works best with Cookies that can give her either
CRIT% Up buffs or any buffs that only Electricity-type Cookies can use.
Twizzly Beam is able to apply
Zap and deal moderate damage across the field, and can even become a big threat when stacked with
CRIT DMG bonuses.
Blast from the Future amplifies both the base DMG and CRIT DMG she can deal even further, and lets her both stack multiple stacks of Zap on enemies and both ATK and CRIT% buffs for Electricity-type Cookies.
Nutmeg Tiger Cookie has incredible synergy with
Burning Spice Cookie and other
Fire-type Cookies, as most of the buffs granted from
The Great General also apply to those teammates. Her Skill starts with a considerable amount of healing, as well as a very long
Burn, which is extended considerably due to the teamwide
Fire-type Periodic DMG Duration buff she provides, which is applied to every Burn given, including those given by Burning Spice Cookie's Firestorm. Alongside this, she goes into a transformation which allows her to hit 5 targets at once with area damage, and gain a
ATK SPD Up buff. She also brings forth two Summoned Creatures, a Rider, and a Fighter. The Fighter is a defensive tank with
Taunt, while the Rider is a fast attacking healer. Altogether, Nutmeg Tiger Cookie is a
Support Cookie that can do it all, doing even more for teams full of Fire-type Cookies.
Crème Brûlée Cookie takes some time and a lot of protection from other teammates to be effective, but that's why his Skill is called an
Accelerando. Every time he casts it, he'll gain
Accelerando stacks that increase both his own ATK SPD and the number of extra projectiles that his enhanced attacks create. At maximum stacks, he'll fire even more projectiles that ignore 30% of an enemy's DMG Resist. While he typically won't be able to reach maximum stacks until after the first damage multiplier, he's capable of defeating all enemy damage-dealers by himself with his attacks once he reaches that point! The
Mysterious Melody buff he grants allies also helps teammates both attack faster and ignore effects that reduce ATK SPD.
Tea Knight Cookie works the best with
Insignia of the Indomitable Knights and is always a potential force to be reckoned with. If his allies fall,
Battlemaster makes him stronger with
Wrath of the Commander stacks, so he can pair well either with Cookies with a lower HP stat that tend to be knocked out, or with Cookies who revive themselves like
Vampire Cookie. Once enough allied Cookies are knocked out, his power becomes nigh-unmatched, able to clear through any team unprepared to face him. His Magic Candy Skill,
Knight's Virtue, allows him to both hit maximum power after only two allied Cookies are defeated and blitz through enemies even quicker, granting him Cooldown and HP whenever he defeats a Cookie. It'll even
Stun an enemy target for good measure, and deal even more damage if the target can't be Stunned.
Strawberry Crepe Cookie's damage output alone isn't the best, but
Crepe Thrust's biggest feature is providing +50%
DMG Resist to the two allies on the team with the lowest max HP. This provides great protection to allies who may otherwise get quickly knocked out.
Crepe Energy Blast! makes the Skill resist interrupting effects, and provides both Strawberry Crepe Cookie and the two Cookies with the highest ATK stat instead both HP Shields and additional DMG Resist depending on how much Cooldown reduction Strawberry Crepe Cookie has. Their Skill will also
Stun targets hit by for 3 seconds and slows down their MOV SPD by 35%, making it far more disruptive when it lands.
Black Lemonade Cookie's
Electrifying Rock! excels at destroying tanks, applying
DEF Down and
Received CRIT DMG Up upon them for starters. Every time an ally with
Electrifying Rock Spirit inflicts
zap or CRITs, they'll gain
Electrifying Rock! and deal additional damage to opponents, synergizing well with Cookies that deal multiple hits.
Zap ensures that no
HP Shields can protect her enemies, forcing them to take every hit.
Seltzer Cookie TBA
Menthol Cookie TBA
Black Forest Cookie and
Wedding Cake Cookie are not particularly suited for arena combat.
Black Forest Cookie can work as a tank, albeit one of the weaker ones in the game, but she works best as a team with
Wedding Cake Cookie, limiting the two of them in arena.
Shining Glitter Cookie works will Cookies that grant her CRIT%, as her CRIT hits with
All Eyes on the Stage! not only bypass 35% of DMG Resist, but provide 15%
CRIT DMG Down to the entire team if she CRITS 12 times. She is also able to purify herself, provide 35%
CRIT DMG Down to herself, and give 17.5%
CRIT DMG Down to her allies, increasing the team's survivability. Her ability to inflict
Zap can remove
HP Shields which can reduce the survivability on the opponent, and make them more prone to other powerful attacks.
Sherbet Cookie brings nigh-infinite ATK SPD slows with a storm of
Frost, doing especially well the fewer targets there are for his Skill
Frost Shards . Frost affects almost all Cookies regardless of how resistant they are to debuffs, especially with the help of
Debuff Resist Bypass. This causes enemies who've accumulated Frost stacks to use their Skills exceptionally slowly, while also making them extremely vulnerable to burst damage from
Freeze, which Sherbet Cookie himself also has a chance to inflict on each Skill hit. Combining this Skill with
Frost Queen Cookie's Rally Effect from her Crystal Jam can make Sherbet Cookie even more effective at Freezing enemies than before!
Smoked Cheese Cookie is another classic set-up Cookie, in this case being able to inflict
Charm on an entire team with
Get Smoked! while dealing damage over multiple hits. The
Guardian's Return buff that he grants to his team's highest ATK Cookies increases CRIT% by 12%,
Earth-type DMG dealt by them by 26%, and Earth-type CRIT DMG by 42.5%, allowing him to turn any Earth Cookie into a genuine threat, especially with the 30%
Weakness debuff Smoke Cheese Cookie inflicts on enemies. Naturally this goes best with his preferred teammate,
Golden Cheese Cookie or
her awakened form, the presence of whom allows Smoked Cheese Cookie to gain free DMG Resist and ATK, while also granting Golden Cheese Cookie bonus ATK and
Burnt Cheese Cookie extra DMG Resist and HP.
Pavlova Cookie TBA
Sugarfly Cookie TBA
Mercurial Knight Cookie is a frontline Cookie that deals more DMG the more attacks he can throw out.
Mercurial Knight's Oath lets him attack all targets in an area and apply stacks of
Mercury Poisoning to them, which allows the final strike at the end of his Skill to deal more DMG for each stacks. He gradually builds up
Amalgamation stacks throughout the battle too, increased for each debuff he takes; reaching 60 stacks triggers his Mercury Storm mode, which grants him a variety of buffs that let him attack even faster. Pairing him with
Silverbell Cookie enables free stat buffs for them and other Faerie Kingdom-aligned Cookies.
Milky Way Cookie is a great tank destroyer.
Sugarcloud Express is able to cripple the front-most enemies with the insane
DEF Down debuffs, while also reducing the effectiveness of Stuns by granting her team both
Stun Resistance and a
HP Shield. If brought all the way to 25 stacks, enemies may take up to twice the damage they normally would, on top of being pushed back alongside their allies.
Space Doughnut is able to completely demolish the opposition's defenses with both
DEF Down and
Amplified Debuffs with the mighty
Doughnut Beam, which also makes Space Doughnut intangible while it's being used. Although Super Doughnut Blast cannot be activated in Arena, Space Doughnut still works wonders with other Cookies that inflict
DEF Down, primarily enabling one-shot compositions.
Snow Sugar Cookie's
Blizzard summons Snow King, whose attacks inflict
ATK SPD Down and a 50.0% chance to inflict
Frost as well, slowing down their regular attacks and Skills. With
Help Me, Snow King!, Snow King deals more damage to enemies inflicted with
Freeze and absorbs a portion of the damage that Snow Sugar Cookie takes, even granting them an HP Shield when their Magic Candy is at Level 10 and above. This makes Snow Sugar Cookie a surprisingly tanky summoner whose summoned creature is capable of solo-wiping teams after all other Skills have been used. Snow King becomes a bigger threat when combined with either other effects that boost summoned creatures or, more effectively, the Rally Effect of
Frost Queen Cookie's Crystal Jam, which allows Snow King's attacks to also Freeze enemies!
Hollyberry Cookie has great survivability, having the highest base HP stat of any other Cookie. Her
Oath on the Shield comes out immediately and can redirect damage from other Cookies onto her and reduce CRIT damage they take, which increases the survivability of her allies DMG Resist even against Cookies who can pierce DMG Resist. Her Skill also buils up
Seed of Life by absorbing CRITs, which increases her Max HP
and transforms into
Berry of Life after 15 stacks, making her next Skill
Stun enemies. This makes her a potent disruptor as the battle wears on, and even a capable finisher.
Frilled Jellyfish Cookie despite being extremely frail, uses
Frilled Shackles at the very beginning of the battle to prevent
Middle and
Rear Cookies from using their Skills. This inflicts them with
Zap, makes the receive more Water-type DMG and, and ensnares them with
Shackles for 2.6 sec, allowing the rest of her team to land the first hit instead! She also grants herself 42.5%
DMG Resist when burrowed, which lets her weather through any counterattack Skills while she's casting. On top of that, once she's knocked out, she'll provide periodic healing to the entire team. Her Magic candy Skill
Snare of the Deep makes Shackled foes even more vulnerable, increasing the DMG they take while boosting the CRIT% and CRIT DMG of Water-type Cookies.
Clotted Cream Cookie is able to deal great damage (and even True Damage) and "Stun" one Cookie in the
Front by imprisoning them behind their team.
Consul's Orders hits all enemies numerous times, knocking back and trapping a Front Cookie in the
Light Cage. He also gets a
DMG Resist buff using his Skill, giving him a survivability boost.
Cream Unicorn Cookie's
Midsummer Night's Dream can be a good counter to CRIT-reliant comps, as not only can it heal a team from the brink of defeat back to full, but the +17.5%
CRIT DMG Down buff it provides helps greatly against opponents that rely on CRITS. Cream Unicorn Cookie's passive ability to heal two other allies with regular attacks also makes them more efficient than other healers, especially when their attacks provide a stacking buff that gives up to +15%
DMG Down. The
Silence debuff can also influence the battle heavily if timed correctly, either interrupting or delaying Skills so that frail
Middle Cookies can continue to fight.
Dreamy Blue Flame allows them to even deal damage and heal allies based on the damage dealt by
Burn, while increasing them team's Fire-type damage when it's leveled up.
Silverbell Cookie is a decent all-around support, able to heal teammates, buff allies, and damage enemies.
Gleeful Chime grants all allies
DMG Down, stacking it up the more often it's used. It also inflicts
Silverbell Pollen onto enemies, dealing damage to them and then
Stunning them when the duration ends, or even if the effect gets purified.
- The
BTS Cookies are Safeguarded, meaning that they're immune to both damage and crowd control - if the team's stunned or silenced, BTS can still sing to back the team up.
ARMY's Wishes is a very powerful healing Skill, granting both some free
Debuff Resist and the powerful
Stun Immunity buff, allowing teams to fight through Skills that. inflict Stun. The Skill is especially helpful against Cookies who deal multiple debuffs, as it can give everyone both a shield and bonus
DMG Down to boost their survivability.
C Tier
[Edit]
Lemon Cookie TBA
Pitaya Dragon Cookie excels mainly due to their Skill, which hits the whole enemy team over a long period of time, applies -35%
Healing Down and -18.7%
ATK Down, and lets them become intangible while breathing fire. Should Pitaya Dragon Cookie use their Skill for a third time, they become a powerful untouchable dragon, burning down entire teams to cinders in one devastating breath. They work well with
Capsaicin Cookie due to their combined amplified Fire damage, as well as with
Snapdragon Cookie due to the additional HP that Dragon Cookies receive.
Cream Puff Cookie's Skill,
Jellius Extremus!, can provide both strong attacks and great healing at once, dealing extra DMG and healing if she casts a Successful Spell, which is determined by her CRIT%. With
Extra Cream, she can provide
Stun Immunity and an
ATK bonus for the team, alongside her new passive buff,
Cream Buff, which increases her Skill's DMG and her own DMG Resist. With the passive
CRIT% up that her Magic Candy provides her, she becomes less dependent on other sources of increased CRIT% like toppings or other Cookies, and can outheal any number of Cookies in one go with a single Successful Spell.
Golden Osmanthus Cookie is an interesting Cookies: she's a
Bomber Cookie that heals, with
Incense of Love sacrificing damage for a
HP Shield, an
ATK Up buff, and some healing. This overall weakens her damage capabilities, with her Skill damage being noticeably lower than other Bomber Cookies, which it balances out by inflicting
Charm to enemies at the end of the Skill.
Dark Cacao Cookie is a mass stat debuffer and
HP Shield-destroyer. By inflicting
Injury,
ATK Down, and
DEF Down, he ensures that enemies have less HP to withstand burst attacks, such as the damage output from
Solemn Judgment. While he functions well as a tank, it's his unique debuffs that provide the most utility. Still, there's little reason not to Awaken him into
Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord) as soon as possible.
Sorbet Shark Cookie can deal an incredible amount of damage to all targets in a row, especially against tanky
Front Cookies. In fact, their best use is in weathering down double-tank frontlines, dealing true damage to those with the highest Max HP. This makes them especially dangerous once the multipliers kick in, as they can easily wipe a frontline out with one use of
Shark Splash without even having to invest in ATK toppings. Upgrading their Skill into
Shark Bite makes them even more capable at this job, not only increasing the damage they deal but also inflicting
Injury and
Healing Down upon the tankiest targets.
Mango Cookie's
Mango Juice Wave isn't too particularly impressive a Skill at first, dealing a handful of damage to all enemies on the field while granting a small 15%
ATK Up buff to the team.
Tour Guide Expert, however, can not only grant him a sizeable
HP Shield, but also has a chance of creating Giant Waves, dealing more damage and knocking foes back more. At the Magic Candy's level breakpoints, Giant Waves also begins inflicting
Weakness, potentially high stacks of it if Mango Cookie is lucky.
Peppermint Cookie does a little bit of everything with
Freshness of the Sea: healing the team, granting them
HP Shield,
Debuff Resist, and
DMG Down, and dealing Water-type damage to all enemies in an area around them. Additionally, they'll also heal their team based on the damage they deal with their Skill, making them more potent alongside teammates that can increase the amount of Water-type damage dealt to enemies, such as
Crimson Coral Cookie or
Frilled Jellyfish Cookie.
Refreshing Waves grants even stronger defensive buffs for Water-type Cookies, and cleanses all
Burn debuffs from allies as a bonus (a welcome addition unless
Burning Spice Cookie is a teammate).
Schwarzwälder is an enemy that ought to be defeated quickly, if only he didn't have a 2 second initial Cooldown to beat most other Skills to the punch.
Choco Chip Hammer
Stuns all enemies in a large area and applies
Hammer Shock to them, leaving them open to dangerous attacks from the rest of his team. The longer he's on the battlefield, the stronger his Skill becomes, and the more his buffs and debuffs can continue to affect both teams.
Street Urchin Cookie both complements and benefits from Fire-type Cookies, gaining
Fire-type ATK Up when allies inflict
Burn on enemies. Her Skill
Ride or Crumble groups enemies up before
Stunning them in an explosion, dealing high damage and increasing the Fire-type damage they take. Not only does her Skill take her out of harm's way as she revs up her bike before dashing forward, but it also recharges very quickly compared to most Skills, allowing her to be a disruptive attacker.
Pinecone Cookie can deal a lot of damage with hard-hitting Pinecone Bomb attacks, able to aim for squishier Middle and Rear Cookies with their attacks. Pairing them with
Frost-inflicting Cookies means that they'll constantly Stun and interrupt enemy Cookies, and can especially hurt teams that run
Stun Immunity, such as those with
BTS Cookies. Their Magic Candy Skill,
Snowy Forest makes them even bulkier while transformed, and grants them free ATK SPD bonuses when it's leveled.
Almond Cookie is a big wildcard choice, as his
Damage Link has to be applied before a team deals the most of its damage due to the effect's short duration. If the timing is just right, the whole enemy team can take incredible damage across the board that can outright knock them all out in one go! If it isn't, however, then Almond Cookie doesn't do anything for the team besides regular attacks.
Madeleine Cookie really shines with the help of
Librarian's Enchanted Robes.
Commander's Honor grants him
Immunity, removing the effectiveness of any enemy debuffs that might otherwise be applied to him. His teamwide attacks can deal the chip damage needed to either finish off a low-health enemy or bring their Health down low enough for another ally to defeat them. His Magic Candy makes him a huge threat, as not only does he now deal True Damage to the opponent, but he works even better with
ATK SPD Up andLight-type ATK Up buffs.
Power of the Light also allows Madeleine Cookie to remain on the battlefield longer by giving him both a
HP Shield and a self-healing boost.
Squid Ink Cookie can deal multiple hits to an entire team, but what makes
Ink Tentacle Slap stand out is the intangibility it provides, allowing Squid Ink Cookie to escape taking damage and Skills while using their Skills. If boosted to
Abyssal Tentacles, they'll even gain bonus
DMG Down and inflict
DEF Down on their regular attacks, becoming tankier while reducing the enemy team's tankiness at the same time.
Black Raisin Cookie is essentially a more powerful
Chili Pepper Cookie.
Shadow Watcher deals high damage to
Middle and
Rear Cookies while also making Black Raisin Cookie intangible. With her Magic Candy Skill
Sentinel's Strike, Black Raisin Cookie is able to land even more hits, dealing even more damage whenever she CRITs. She also applies
Weakness when her Magic Candy is leveled up, stacking up on targets the more hits she lands. She still has the downside of being unable to change the location her Skill is performed, and thus can miss her targets multiple times if they're repositioned or intangible.
Herb Cookie's
Sunny Garden Skill, while not exceptional at healing, is the only means of dispelling debuffs from other Cookies via a Skill and without using the
Bookseller's Monocle. He can occasionally return to the Arena if a new Cookie causes issues through debuffs (such as
Arrow of Resolution or
Frost Shards), though is directly countered by Skills that retaliate upon being dispelled (such as
Duskgloom's Sovereign or
Wrath of the Stars).
Werewolf Cookie is very basic on his own, but is able to survive for longer and deal heavier damage with the addition of a Magic Candy.
Lone Hunter provides him with +40%
Debuff Resist and the ability to inflict
Injury on top of the +20%
Max HP Up and resistance to interrupting effects provided by his base Skill. At the end of his transformation, he will deal a final strike of 30.0-71.5% of his Max HP depending on the level of his Magic Candy, making for a potent finisher as the battle goes on.
Mala Sauce Cookie is able to
Burn all opponents while giving the two allied cookies with the highest CRIT rate an extra
CRIT% Up +25% CRIT rate buff with
Spicy Mala Strike. This in turn allows her to work well with Cookies that already try to boost their CRIT to reach even higher numbers. Her damage output alone isn't the best, however and she is overshadowed by more heavy-hitting
Charge Cookies. With
Flaming Mala, she is able to get more survivability with
DMG Resist, as well as being able to Burn for longer and give a boost to Fire-Type damage with
Spicy Mala, allowing her to work well with
Capsaicin Cookie.
Mozzarella Cookie has a great kit regarding crowd control thanks to the Mozzarella Bird Puddle from
Mozzarella Master Plan applying periodic damage,
MOV SPD Down, and
ATK SPD Down, as well as the Skill itself putting a lot of distance between her team and the opposing team. However, this is also her greatest weakness as well. Her damage out put is rather low and relies on the opposing team staying within the range of the puddle. It can be easily out-healed and can completely miss altogether. She works best when paired up with other Earth-type damage Cookies due to her increased buffs for both CRIT and DMG.
Linzer Cookie builds up Deduction stacks with her attacks instead of dealing damage. These stacks empower her Skill
The Culprit... is YOU!, which inflicts
Suspect on the Cookie with the highest ATK, deals damage in an area around them, and increases the team's
CRIT%. The more Deduction stacks she has, the more powerful
Suspect will be, increasing the elemental DMG they take and reducing their ATK. It'll even reduce
DEF at max Deduction stacks, but Linzer Cookie will only be able to reach that within Arena's autobattle system if she has bonus ATK SPD. She is good buffing their allies than dealing damage, and incredible at allowing elemental DMG to potentially one-shot enemy targets.
Prune Juice Cookie makes for a very bothersome
Middle Cookie, able to create summoned creatures with hit-based HP bars that require multiple hits to be defeated. He also attacks the furthest Cookie in an enemy team instead of the nearest, bypassing the usual front-to-back system, and his
Sticky Goo debuff prevents cleanses from working by absorbing the dispel that would otherwise cleanse off his numerous
Poison debuffs. If his summons are allowed to remain on the battlefield, enemy Cookies will find themselves dealing with far too many stacks of Poison than they can handle.
Black Sapphire Cookie inflicts a lot of periodic damage, but he can only heal
Poison Cookies,
Shadow Milk Cookie, and
Candy Apple Cookie. Additionally, all the buffs he provides can only benefit Cookies of his element. Cookies such as
Eternal Sugar Cookie could benefit from these buffs, but a Cookie that can provide buffs for Cookies of all elements is better suited for the arena.
Butter Roll Cookie is a jack-of-all-trades frontliner, who primarily stays alive by giving himself a high
DMG Resist buff whenever he uses
Dough Experiment. His Skill groups up enemies in front of him, deals continuous damage and applying
ATK Down and
ATK SPD Down to them, then knocks them back and
Stuns them in the final hit. This strike deals high extra damage to targets immune to Stun, making the Skill potent against teams with
Stun Immunity.
Macaron Cookie does quite a few things at once: dealing damage in multiple hits, healing the team, and improving everyone's
ATK and
CRIT%. She performs best when fighting against teams with 5+ targets for
Mighty Macaron Parade to hit, which is the minimum number needed to maximize the healing she can grant to her team. This can make her better against teams with summoned creatures, especially since her Skill deals more damage to them.
Purple Yam Cookie used to be outclassed by all attackers in the game, but with the release of his Magic Candy, the boost he very much needed was given to him in the form of
Berserker's Fury Skill, which can give him up to +80% ATK, +80% CRIT%, +36% DMG Resist, and +40% ATK SPD via
Berserker's Fury stacks. Along with all of this, if Berserker's Fury gets to four stacks,
Berserker's Spirit activates, healing Purple Yam Cookie essentially to full health. If a team is unable to take him down before then, they'll likely lose the war of attrition.
Latte Cookie, like most
Magic Cookies, is very frail, and her main use is to help her allies in keeping the enemies' HP low. This is greatly acheived with
Care for a Latte?, which deals periodic damage with a glyph on the floor, dealing more damage the closer the targets are to the center, and also prevents enemies from using their Skills with
Silence.
Stronger Cup of Latte allows her to apply
Debuff Resist to the team, while both inflicting
Amplified Debuffs on opponents and making them receive extra damage once they've been debilitated. As an extra bit of sweetness, she can also inflict a
40% Healing drop to
Poisoned targets.
Crunchy Chip Cookie is very unique, being able to essentially have a revival without the use of
Sugar Swan's Shining Feather. His regular attacking moves attach
Claw Marks, which can both purge buffs and slow an enemies ATK SPD down by up to 50%, greatly hindering Cookies that rely on regular attacks.
Wolf Squadron. It also summons a Cream Wolf with 3/4ths of Crunchy Chip Cookie's stats, encouraging buffs that Crunchy Chip Cookie also gets from summoned creature-specific buffs due to his
Tamer ability. If Crunchy Chip Cookie falls, his wolf mount becomes enraged, essentially reviving and gaining
Immunity to debuffs.
Espresso Cookie is a classic area-of-effect damage dealer, able to group an enemy team up with
Grinding and then deal high damage to them. His Magic Candy,
Perfect Extraction, features not only a greater damage boost but also
Injury and
Stun debuffs, both interrupting and wearing down the enemy team. It'll deal even more damage to enemies with
Stun Immunity, which is a huge plus against teams with
Stun Immunity.
Eclair Cookie's damage output can be surprising for a
Support Cookie, but he truly shines by applying the
Weakness debuff, which massively increases the damage dealt to an enemy and can stack up to 4 times if not purified. Enemies defeated under this effect even grant allies an HP Shield equal to +17% of their Max HP, which will protect them from further damage (especially if an enemy is revived).
Prophet Cookie acts as a wildcard choice, able to double-up on one of six different pre-existing Skills in the Arena. He also provides healing and different buffs & debuffs, depending on the Skill he chooses via a deliberate amount of CRIT% in his toppings. His main use is in conjunction with
Freezing Squall, serving as an additional source of
Frost.
Royal Margarine Cookie inflicts a lot of different debuffs upon the three Cookies with the highest ATK,—
ATK Down,
DEF Down, and
Amplified Debuffs—then flies forward to damage all enemies, dealing more damage based on the number of debuffs upon them. Not only will he be intangible while performing the swoop, but his Cooldown will start recharging as soon as he begins performing the Skill, allowing him to use his Skill more often than other Cookies.
Pumpkin Pie Cookie is very frail, and requires quite some protection to keep her alive throughout the fight. It's
Pompon, help! that makes her powerful, being able to summon a large tank unit that inflicts
Healing debuffs with its regular attacks. As long as Pompon remains alive, Pumpkin Pie Cookie and the rest of her summoner allies will be able to benefit from both the body serving as the frontline and the
ATK SPD Up Pompon provides to other summoned creatures.
Caramel Arrow Cookie's Skill
Arrow of Resolution not only is able to nearly one-shot any Cookie that goes against her if she can inflict enough
Arrow Marks on them , but also grants her
Immunity to debuffs. She shines when paired with
Librarian's Enchanted Robes, although she's also less reliable as a frontliner herself. With
Finality of Resolution, she'll fire 6 arrows at once on each attack, splitting them amongst all targets within her range, as well as gain bonus stats as she hits targets with
Consuming Darkness, a debuff she already stacks with her ranged attacks.
Caramel Choux Cookie heals Cookies with her attacks and provides
Friendly Helper to the whole team, granting them free ATK, DEF, and HP for the entire battle. This buff grants a decent but flat amount of stats, so it's much more useful for players starting out in the Arena than those whose Cookies are at max level. Her Skill grants
Amplify Buff and
DMG Down to the team, healing once and granting an
HP Shield to the Cookie with the least current HP.
Tarte Tatin Cookie focuses on firing cannonballs with
Cannonade, then attacking enemies to lower her Skill's Cooldown and use it again. Every three uses is empowered, dealing more damage than the regular version. Her attacks will also inflict
Shackles every three attacks, making her even more effective when coupled with ATK SPD buffs.
Rye Cookie's access to her Magic Candy Skill,
Best Shot in the Kingdom, allows her to be both amazing at single target DPS and team-wide support. Due to additional shots and
Burn DMG, she's able to deal incredible amount of single target damage on each Skill use. The enchantments of her Magic Candy Skill also increases
ATK SPD for both herself and every other ally when leveled. She can also shine when paired with the likes of
Almond Cookie and his
Damage Link to deal her high single-target damage to the rest of the enemy team.
Licorice Cookie's main purpose is to obstruct the enemy with his Licorice Servants while also dealing damage with
Licorice Servants. The servants stop
Front Cookies from getting through with built-in knockback resistance, and can benefit from other summoner-oriented buffs.
Licorice Curse additionally inflicts
Silence,
Healing Down, and
DEF Down on the target with the highest DEF, making Licorice Cookie especially strong against single-tank teams.
Agar Agar Cookie can copy the skills of Legendary Cookies; however, her damage is not as good as a Legendary Cookie. Additionally, because of her skill's randomness, it is unreliable due to the lack of predictability. She could be paired with one of the Legendary Cookies so that she uses the same attack every time, but her spot in the team could just be taken by a stronger Cookie at that point.
Carol Cookie's Skill both heals her team and provides both
CRIT% Up and
CRIT DMG Up. This makes her decently suited towards empowering her team offensively, especially with teammates who gain additional stats from boosted CRIT. If she and another teammate are the last two Cookies standing,
Magic Songs becomes even more potent, dealing damage and even reducing Cooldowns. If paired with a Jelly Bear Watch, her Cooldown can turn into 3 seconds during her Song of Change, enabling her to slowly cripple enemies.
Cotton Cookie is a great early-game choice, as
A Warm Light can
Stun the enemy and provide a good amount of healing. The sheep she summons can easily redirect enemy attacks and Skills towards themselves due to their low HP, and can be easily resummoned when her Skill has a low Cooldown. She excels in summoner comps where she can provide a bonus buff to summoned units.
Pomegranate Cookie's Skill allows her to raise the
ATK of her allies, which can greatly improve the viability of high damage Cookies. While her healing may not be as much as other
Support or
Healing Cookies, she still pairs well with other healers to keep teams alive, while also improving the likelihood of the team bursting enemies down.
Red Osmanthus Cookie needs to invest in two separate stats to be dangerous: CRIT Chance and ATK SPD. Her Skill,
The Pipa's Song, puts her into a transformed state where any attack that deals CRIT DMG will have an area of effect that also deals damage relative to the target's Max HP, as well as an
ATK Down debuff every time this amplified attack lands. Alongside the
CRIT DMG Up buff she gives herself, she can be a nasty surprise if she's built right, especially in lower tiers, but needing two separate stats to be built makes her an expensive niche in higher tiers.
Matcha Cookie is a very unassuming Cookies, seemingly only dealing
Poison and
Amplified Debuffs in an area while granting
Poison-type Periodic DMG Duration Up to team. Each Skill use, however, has a small chance of manifesting the deadly
Matcha Malice debuff on a random hapless target, which Shackles them, Curses them, and amplifies the debuffs and damage they receive. Should that target survive the damage they take from the debuff, they'll then be
Silenced for 10 sec! As unfair as the debuff sounds, Matcha Cookie only has a measly 10% chance of manifesting it, a percentage that goes up only by 2% for every debuff she has. This leaves her better suited to being the support of a Poison team rather than its star member, unless the enemy team she faces thrives on inflicting numerous debuffs.
Oyster Cookie uses Cooldown reduction to increase the number of Oyster Soldiers she summons. The Oyster Soldiers are great on their own, being immune to Knockback while their shield holds, but the
CRIT% Up and
CRIT DMG Up they provide also give the team a great attacking boost. Her base initial Cooldown of 2 seconds can also useful in altering the starting turn of the battle.

Red Velvet Cookie is used to disable one of the oppositions' biggest threats very quickly. Not only does
Crimson Hand deal high damage, it also
Stuns the target for 5 seconds, making it one of the more potent single-target crowd-control Skills in the game. On top of this, the targeted Cookie is dragged to the front of Red Velvet Cookie, making them vulnerable to the rest of the team's attacks.
Olive Cookie summons a swarm of bats, dealing damage to all enemies and making them take more damage from all Element-type damage for a duration. The color of the bats summoned indicates the type of damage and debuff that they'll inflict, with Red Bats dealing
Fire-type damage and inflicting
Burn, and Blue Bats dealing
Electricity-type damage and inflicting
Zap. While the type of bat summoned will always be random, Olive Cookie will also run out of attack range while doing this, allowing her to avoid Skills and stay alive longer than other
Support Cookies in her position.
Affogato Cookie works incredibly well with numerous debuffers, since
Sweet Scheme
amplifies debuffs by 30%. The Skill also inflicts
Curse, barring their target from receiving any kinds of buffs. Even if the enemy team brings a means to dispel Curse, it'll damage them regardless and potentially knock them out for trying.
Cocoa Cookie is a unique
Defense Cookie. Instead of being a tank that slowly chips away at the enemy, she heals multiple allies at once while taking hits and grants her whole team
Stun Immunity, negating the effects of enemy
Stuns.
Cocoa Is Love slowly knocks back the enemy and clumps them together, allowing Cookies with smaller area-of-effect Skills to deal massive damage. Her Skill heals for a decent amount as well, overall increasing survivability.
- While
Milk Cookie's Skill has a self-centered yet humble purpose, the release of his Magic Candy allows him to perform it much more effectively via
Noble Resolution. The added healing and purification at the end of Skill allows him to weather enemy attacks after
Taunting enemies to target, especially when the healing is proportionate to the damage he took. Each Skill cast also grants him a stack of
Noble Resolution, increasing the damage his regular attacks deal.
Poison Mushroom Cookie's
Poison Cloud
Poison inflicts a 15%
Healing Down debuff to the enemy team, dealing damage over time while also reducing the effectiveness of healing they receive. While Poison Mushroom Cookie can be helpful against strong
Healing Cookies and pull off some clutch moments with
Insignia of the Indomitable Knights, they'll have to rely on the likes of
Prune Juice Cookie to keep their poisons from getting dispelled by enemy purifying effects.
Candy Diver Cookie can't take any damage, but they can't deal any damage or restore health either, making them heavily reliant on the buffs and debuffs provided by
Deep-sea Diver. Their regular attacks instead inflict
DEF Down and
Weakness on the nearest target, and their Skill draws up a random treasure to provide the team with healing and stat buffs. The Skill requires a bit of luck and some Amplify Buff to make it the best it can be; if Candy Diver Cookie draws the elusive Black Pearl Shell treasure, the healing and buffs it grants drastically outweigh any of the other treasures it can draw up.
Cherry Blossom Cookie can be a great counter to summoner comps. The AoE damage dealt by
Cherry Blossom Rain means that each opponent can be hit multiple times from multiple cherry blossoms. The
2.5% ATK boost gained from every enemy hit can be very impactful against Cookies who rely on summoned creatures, shifting the flow of the battle for Cherry Blossom Cookie's team.
Kumiho Cookie inflicts
Charm and
DEF Down on the enemy frontline when she transforms, able to hit up to 5 targets for a while afterwards. When combined with Cookies that can clump up enemy teams, she can lock an entire team down and set them up to be burst in one Skill rotation.
Sparkling Cookie's
Sparkling Cocktail is the least effective healing Skill in Kingdom Arena for an Epic+ Cookie. While the
CRIT% Up buff can be useful for CRIT-based compositions, only two allies are healed by his Skill at a time, which pales in comparison to the teamwide-healing of other Healing and Support Cookies' Skills.
Tiger Lily Cookie can make for an effective starting play for teams seeking to end a fight quickly.
Tiger Rider can
Stun for a decent amount of time, giving teammates time to throw the rest of their Skills out while enemies are Stunned. Being in the
Rear also allows her to shake off enemy when she transforms back, lasting longer throughout the battle.
Lilac Cookie works the best when paired with
Mint Choco Cookie and
Librarian's Enchanted Robes, as the amount of ATK SPD he has boosts the damage output of
Chakram Throw. His chakrams deal plenty of damage to all enemies, being able to chip away targets who might have low HP.
Moon Rabbit Cookie works the best with heavy hitters, as her Skill
Giant Rice Cake Bunny works best when an enemy it marks with
Healing Rice Cake is knocked outout within 10 seconds. Moon Rabbit Cookie can even replace a
Healing Cookie if a team is consistent enough at defeating enemies, which can open up the opportunity for another heavy hitter or a more supportive backline. However, the timing of the Skill activations can be very tricky to get consistently, and
Fettuccine Cookie accomplishes a similar role while being much more naturally tanky.

[Edit]
Chili Pepper Cookie's damage output is relatively poor and unreliable compared to other damage-dealing Epic Cookies.
Cheap Shot, while being able to deal somewhat okay damage to vulnerable backline Cookies, has a very specific range that even the slightest repositioning can ruin. While she's necessary for starting players to climb out of Chocolate tier in Arena, be sure to replace her with a more useful choice as soon as one can.
Fig Cookie is far less useful than other
Support Cookies, as they are not able to heal the team nor provide a helpful buff. While their Skill can influence the battle by inflicting
ATK Down if timed very precisely, its lack of any other utilities gives Fig Cookie little time to shine.
Sonic Cookie and
Tails Cookie are very weak compared to other
Ambush Cookies. While their respective
ATK SPD Up and
DEF Up buffs are nice, they're much better when applied by other, more effective Cookies.
