Complaining Passenger (엉터리 승객, eongteoli sung-gaeg, "Outrageous Passenger") is an NPC who appears in the first part of Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0) in World Exploration's Dream Express and again in Stardust Cookie's Space Travels.
This character is an prickly traveler of 
Milky Way Cookie's Sugarcloud Express whose complaining is met with calming suggestions from the Fluffy Passenger. In Stardust Cookie's Space Travels, the Complaining Passenger appears again as a victim of Dr. Evilglaze's brainglazing.
