Clueless Sailor is an NPC introduced in Song of the Night Sea update (v5.8).

This Cookie is a sailor who often sails the Silent Ocean. They're familiar with the legend of the Lunar Lighthouse, but is more inclined to believe what they can see.

Clueless Sailor's Appearing Cookies section in Song of the Night Sea reads as such:
- This sailor always takes it a bit too slow, but he claims that such is the romance of the seas!
- Self-proclaimed caretaker of the Talkative Sailor.
- He likes to lie down on the deck of his little boat and enjoy the fresh sea breeze
- He enjoys the Lunar Lighthouse island's scenery, even though he claims he has no particular feelings towards this tiny patch of land.
