Clueless Sailor (Korean: 소문이 느린 항해자 쿠키, somun-i nulin hanghaeja kuki, "Gossiping Slow Sailor Cookie") is an NPC introduced in Song of the Night Sea update (v5.8).
This Cookie is a sailor who often sails the Silent Ocean. The more easygoing counterpart to Talkative Sailor, he is familiar with the legend of the Lunar Lighthouse but is more inclined to believe what he can see.
