Cloud Deity Cookie (Korean: 구름신령 쿠키, gulum-sinlyeong kuki) is an NPC introduced in the Heaven-Splitting Lightning update (v5.4).
Alongside Rain Deity Cookie and Wind Deity Cookie, Cloud Deity Cookie is one of the three godly deputies of Stormbringer Cookie and upholders of the cycle of Life Powder. They create clouds from the Life Powder which drifts up from the earth to the skies.
