Citadel of the Frozen Cliff is the fourteenth Episode of World Exploration, added March 25, 2022 in patch 2.8, the mid-update patch for The Heroes of Dark Cacao update. It continues the story of the Dark Cacao Kingdom.
With the help of the Cookies of Darkness, 
Affogato Cookie successfully takes over the Black Citadel and becomes the impromptu ruler of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. Will the homeland remain fortified or will it succumb to the vicious Licorice Beasts?
Cookies battling in this episode experience the following effects:
- The frost-ridden darkness of the Dark Cacao Kingdom increases the enemies' Debuff Resist by 40%, and decreases the allies' Healing by 65% and HP Shield capacities by 65%.
Your allies' Healing decreases by 65%.- Your allies' HP Shield's capacity decreases by 65%.
- All enemies' Debuff Resist increases by 40%.
