Car?rot? is an NPC who appears in the first part of Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0) in World Exploration's Dream Express, residing in the Nature of Existence subarea.
This character is an unfinished 3D model of a carrot that explains the Cookies how they can talk despite not hearing each other. They also break the fourth wall by explaining how the writers wrote dialogue text for all of them, so it can be interpreted as speech by the Cookies (and players too).
