The Capricious Wizard (Korean: 제멋대로인 마법사, jemeosdaeloin mabeobsa) is an NPC introduced in the Beacons of Unity update (v1.2) as a member of the Parfaedian Council.

Capricious Wizard plays a minor supporting role in the Flame of Unity Story and One Year of Kingdom: Side Stories.

Capricious Wizard is present at the trial of Cream Puff Cookie for allegedly practicing unsanctioned magic, though the wizard later retracts the initial guilty verdict after her heroic acts to save the city. Cream Puff Cookie is instead bestowed the title of Wizard, and Capricious Wizard is later present at her induction ceremony.

Trivia[]

The Capricious Wizard shares a Korean voice actress, Kim Seon-hye, with Alchemist Cookie, and English voice actor, Daman Mills, with Milk Cookie, and a Taiwanese voice actress, Luo Yiwen, with numerous characters including Milky Way Cookie, Mont Blanc Cookie and Cranberry Cookie.
