Candy Diver Cookie (Korean: 검볼다이버맛 쿠키, geomboldaibeo-mat kuki, "Gumball Diver Cookie") is an Epic Cookie released in the second part of the Legend of the Duskgloom Sea update (v3.7). They are of the Support type and their position is prioritized to the Rear.
They are a mysterious yet friendly diver who Captain Caviar Cookie meets in the depths of the Duskgloom Sea.
Plop... Splash! Candy Diver Cookie pulls the lever on the wetsuit, and the two gumballs swirl a lap inside their helmet. Always out there, charting the unknown regions of the ocean floor, making sketches of fishes no one has ever seen, this deep-sea explorer might be tiny, but they leave an unforgettable first impression. Candy Diver Cookie has examined every underwater nook and cranny through the barnacled candy glass and probably witnessed whole coral forests grow and dissipate into pale dust that covers the soggy carcasses of sunken ships. All this curiosity, yet Candy Diver Cookie cannot find the answer to this one question: how does one end up all alone at the sea bottom? Whenever they try to catch onto the pieces of this mystery in the ocean of memory, they slip into the darker, deeper abyss.

This stone holds a piece of Candy Diver Cookie's soul. Candy Diver Cookie may no longer look the same, but the spirit of adventure still shines brightly.
While wandering the depths of the Duskgloom Sea, Candy Diver Cookie has become immune to enemy attacks by obtaining the Safeguarded ability. Their regular attacks reduce the DEF and increase DMG received by the nearest enemy. Upon using the skill, Candy Diver Cookie will discover various relics from the deep sea, providing buffs and healing to the Cookie's allies The super success rate will increase depending on Candy Diver Cookie's Amplify Buff rate. Every relic provides a different effect.

Candy Diver Cookie is a short, small cookie with no visible dough. Candy Diver Cookie’s head is a clear glass sphere, resembling a gumball machine’s globe, though noticeably rounder. However, instead of being filled with gumballs, their head is near-filled with soda (as stated in their concept art, there are also a few soda bubbles visible). There are also two gumballs floating within the soda, acting as their eyes- one yellow, one blue. Similar to GingerBrave, they have a white tuft of “hair” above their eyes. On their head, there sits a red cap, same as a gumball machine’s. They wear a red suit with a large metal breastplate. On the breastplate is a metal gumball machine dial. They have a belt with two pockets, and they wear white shoes with red soles. They wear circular white gloves with red bands tightening them. They carry a lantern.
Trivia[]
Candy Diver Cookie is the first nonverbal Cookie added to the game. They only communicate in gestures, strings of Morse code, and bubbling, metallic sounds (which are all transcribed as various unicode symbols).
According to their loading screen trivia, "You won't find a more skillful sailor than Candy Diver Cookie in the entire Salty Shark crew." Another of their loading screens states, "The knowledge found in the depths may be only a fraction of the truth."
Candy Diver Cookie appears to make a cameo in Black Pearl Cookie's gacha sequence as the viewer's perspective.
What seems to be Candy Diver Cookie in an entirely new galactic getup appears in the Dream Express game mode as the topic of an event tile, where they are named "Light-bearing Conductor".
Candy Diver Cookie is the first and currently only non-Special rarity Cookie to possess the Safeguarded ability, aside from the BTS Cookies.
Candy Diver Cookie's gumball eyes represent heterochromia iridis, specifically of the complete variant.
Candy Diver Cookie is the second playable Cookie to have heterochromatic eyes after Pure Vanilla Cookie. Interestingly, both Cookies have a yellow right eye and a blue left eye.
Upon first being seen, Candy Diver Cookie is the first NPC to only be partially shadowed in their reveal.

Candy Diver Cookie's uncensored design was first officially revealed through Devsisters's presentation in the 2022 GameSpot Swipe Mobile Showcase[2], in which their initial character concept art is displayed. The presentation also confirmed they would be made playable in the near future even before it was announced in official Cookie Run: Kingdom social media outlets.
Candy Diver Cookie is the second obtainable Cookie without a voice actor, the first being Tinker Bell Cookie.
The strings of symbols representing Candy Diver Cookie's voice actors are a gag from Cookie Run: Kingdom's Twitter account[3].
