Game Mode |
Boss Rush is a reccuring game mode released in the Silence of Conviction update (v6.9). It ran from October 1st to 21st, 2025.
Overview[]
Players battle against various bosses one by one using a team of 7 Cookies. All boss battles function similarly to Guild Battles, where the boss retains their depleted HP. Defeating a boss rewards Suppression Spears, Challenge Coins, and other rewards like Coins. Once a player has cleared a boss stage, the next boss stage is unlocked. After clearing all stages, players can retry any stage again with slightly more tickets for a better clear time.
Cookies receive various buffs in this mode through various methods, making it easier to make progress and take advantage of Boss weaknesses. Players climb up the leaderboard based on their total shortest clear time for all bosses.
Event Items[]
6 Boss Rush Tickets are refilled every day. 3 tickets can be obtained once by either purchasing with 300
Crystals or watching ads. Suppression Spears and Challenge Coins are obtained as rewards for defeating bosses or from the Supply Chest. Suppression Spears are used to increase the Suppression Level, while Challenge Coins can be use to buy items from the shop. At the end of the event, all Boss Rush Tickets and Challenge Coins will be converted to Coins.
Exiting a battle before dealing any damage will refund the Boss Rush Ticket. Cleared bosses can't be battled again until after the entire Boss Rush has been cleared for the first time, after which each boss will cost 3 Boss Rush Tickets to battle.
Supply Chest[]
The Supply Chest generates various rewards over time at a rate of once every 8 minutes, similar to Fountain of Abundance. Unlike the Fountain, the Supply Chest has no reward limit, and accumulates rewards beginning from the start of the event, allowing every player to receive the same amount of rewards regardless of when they open the chest. Rewards include Suppression Spears, Challenge Coins, Coins, EXP Star Jellies, Crystals, Speed-Ups, Topping Pieces, Radiant Shards, Bites, and Purity Crystals.
Battle Effects[]
Synergy Effects[]
These effects trigger when meeting certain team requirements. It's possible to trigger more than one Synergy effect at a time. Some synergies change the DMG that all Cookies deal to a specific element, indicating this by a buff; this effect does not affect Cookie skills or passive effects that only buff Cookies of certain element-types.

Tips[]
- Boss health isn't lost between battles, so don't feel too bad about using multiple tickets to clear a boss. Still, try to use strategies that'll remove a good amount of health when used by exploiting the boss's given weaknesses. Worry about getting good clears only after maxing out the Suppression Level.
- The Waffle of Lasting can be used to increase battle times and potentially reduce the amount of tickets required if the player is not going for time.
- Synergy Effects with an element symbol next to their name will change the damage of all members of the team to the given element. This allows teams to use Cookies that are great at dealing boss damage to become doubly effective; for example,
Captain Caviar Cookie can be used with the Shadow of Venom synergy effect to deal Poison-type damage to a boss that's
Vulnerable to Poison.
- If two or more Synergies that change the team's DMG type are active, the one that appears first in the list of Active Synergy Effects will take priority.
- Use the "Hire" feature liberally, since there's no cost to doing so!
Burning Spice Cookie can be a great addition to any team in this mode, especially with the proper Synergy Effect in place to change his element DMG to suit the boss. - Use the Practice feature liberally as well to test different team combinations, especially before committing for a record run. Hired Cookies can be tested as often as possible in Practice, but can only used a limited number of times once a Boss Rush Ticket is spent.
- Upgrade the Suppression Level whenever it's available. All bosses have
DMG Resist that the DMG Resist Bypass will be needed to bypass. - Don't worry about trying to beat the bosses in record times until after all bosses have been cleared. Leveling the Suppression Level to its highest possible value goes a longer way in shaving off seconds from the clear timer than anything else.
