The Bookseller (책방골목 올빼미, chaegbang-golmog olppaemi, "Alley Bookstore Owl") is an NPC first introduced in the Beacons of Unity update (v1.2).
He runs a bookstore in the magic city of Parfaedia and appears briefly in the Flame of Unity Story and in One Year of Kingdom: Side Stories.
Story[]
Flame of Unity[]
The Bookseller makes his first appearance in the "Cream Puff & the Magic City" Episode of the Flame of Unity Story during 
Cream Puff Cookie and Institute Student's visit to the city. He is seen enthusiastically welcoming Cream Puff Cookie into his store, boasting that they have every book ever written on Earthbread before being interrupted by the books themselves suddenly coming to life and running away. With the help of 
Latte Cookie, Cream Puff Cookie is able to catch the spelled books and return them to the Bookseller. As thanks, he gifts Cream Puff Cookie an old book titled "Legends of Old Parfaedia".
One Year of Kingdom: Side Stories[]
The Bookseller makes a second appearance in the After Graduation episode of One Year of Kingdom: Side Stories. He is seen again advertising the bookstore's wares to passing citizens before receiving a paper delivery of Monthly Magic. After reading through an article centered around Cream Puff Cookie's feats in saving the city, he welcomes Institute Student into the store and recognizes the Cookie as one of her friends. Institute Student is quick to praise Cream Puff Cookie's courage and perseverance, saying that her actions have inspired everyone at the Parfaedia Institute and urgently asking for a book to help keep up with the competition.

- As an owl, the Bookseller has a habit of extending his double 'o' vowels (ex. "Come in and take a loo-ook!").

Bookseller's Monocle Treasure appears to be based off of the Bookseller. - The Bookseller's original name in Korean (책방골목 올빼미, chaegbang-golmog olppaemi) translates to Alley Bookstore Owl in English.
- The Bookseller's Korean voice actor, Min Seung-woo, also provides the voice of Purple Yam Cookie.
- The Bookseller's Taiwanese voice actor, He Zhiwei, also provides the voice of Host Cookie.
