The Black and White Dragon (Korean: 하얀검은용, hayangeom-un-yong, "White and Black Dragon") is an NPC introduced in the Heaven-Splitting Lightning update (v5.4).
The Black and White Dragon was a primordial being born starving in the prehistoric Dark Cacao region. The dragon, hellbent on filling their belly, devoured parts of the world from the earth and snow to the wind and clouds, filling their mind at the same time. They were split in two by 
Stormbringer Cookie for their insatiable greed, becoming forevermore the Black Dragon and the White Dragon.
Story[]
The Black Dragon and White Dragon were originally a singular dragon known as the Black and White Dragon, hatched within the Great Icing Ridge. Starving, the freshly hatched dragon began to feast on the Life Powder-filled environment around them. With each bite of earth and snow that they took, they grew larger and larger, until the bites they were taking were enough to terraform the land around them.
Blinded with greed and the power that they received from eating the earth and snow, the Black and White Dragon shifted its focus onto the skies above them, coveting the Heaven Splitter and the prospect of receiving the sky's powers upon eating it.
As the dragon raised their head towards the skies, they were greeted by the three Deity Cookies, who came down from the sky to deter the dragon while Stormbringer Cookie gathered enough lightning bolts to punish them. The two parties clashed, with Rain Deity Cookie and Cloud Deity Cookie using their powers to fight against the Black and White Dragon, only to be swallowed by them, granting the dragon knowledge on the rain and clouds. Wind Deity Cookie eventually gave herself up to be devoured as well, but not before warning the dragon of the dire consequences they will face due to their acts of greed.
The dragon soon came face to face with Stormbringer Cookie, where the two began to brawl. As they battled, Stormbringer Cookie reprimanded the dragon on their foolishness and arrogance, striking them down and releasing the previously swallowed Deity Cookies. As her final act of punishment, Stormbringer Cookie split the Black and White Dragon into two with the Heaven Splitter, banishing the Black Dragon to the North and the White Dragon to the South.
