Bartender Twin Cookie (음료 담당 쌍둥이 쿠키, umlyo damdang ssangdung-i kuki, "Twin Cookie in Charge of Drinks") is an NPC released in the Legend of the Red Dragon update (v4.5), appearing in the Legend of the Red Dragon Special Episode.

Bartender Twin Cookie is a bartender of the Dragonclaw Inn, working alongside his mother, Innkeeper Cookie, and his older twin brother, Chef Twin Cookie.

  A loading screen present in the Legend of the Red Dragon update (v4.5) reads, "The perfect cinnamon powder art on top of the Dragonwing Fireade is the result of the Bartender Twin Cookie's jam & sweat. You can find him practicing in the kitchen every night!"
• Bartender Twin Cookie's Appearing Cookies section of Legend of the Red Dragon reads as such:
