Archbishop Cream Cookie (Korean: 생크림대주교 쿠키, seng-kurim-daejugyo kuki, "Archbishop Whipped Cream Cookie") is an NPC introduced in The Glory of the Crème Republic update (V3.2), appearing in Chapter II and Chapter III of Cookie Odyssey.
Archbishop Cream Cookie is a citizen of the Crème Republic and, as the Cookie's name implies, is an archbishop of the Divine Sanctum. The Cookie watches over the Divine Sanctum and serves as the voice of the Republic's faith.
Personality[]
Archbishop Cream Cookie is a Cookie devout to The Light and the ideals it follows. As the spokesperson of the Republic's faith, Archbishop Cream Cookie is a generally happy Cookie that enjoys an idealistic view of the Crème Republic—one where all follow The Light and pray to The Divines. With this, the Cookie is rather displeased at rumors of there being acts of heresy in the Crème Republic.

Archbishop Cream Cookie is first seen greeting the returning visitors of the Crème Republic. The Cookie had heard that 
Clotted Cream Cookie was returning with others and had come to bless the group of Cookies for a safe venture. The Cookie then guides the group to visit the Divine Sanctum- a historical building that serves great purpose in the Crème Republic. Archbishop Cream Cookie then gives a proper introduction to the guests of the Divine Sanctum as Mille-feuille Cookie makes her entrance into the building as well. After a small conversation between Mille-feuille Cookie and Clotted Cream Cookie, Archbishop Cream Cookie comments that there have been irregular rumors spreading in the Crème Republic as of late pertaining to Cookies following beliefs that are beyond those of The Light. Before the conversation could continue, screams of an attack were heard from outside the building and the group of Cookies bolted to investigate the scene. Once the Cookies returned, they found Mille-feuille Cookie and Archbishop Cream Cookie being attacked by mysterious Cookies in White Masks. The group of Cookies leave the Divine Sanctum once they discover the Soul Jams have been taken by the White Masks.
Archbishop Cream Cookie later makes a brief appearance holding a ceremony for 
Madeleine Cookie and 
Espresso Cookie for their frivolous deeds in the recent moment in the Divine Sanctum. The Cookie recites the respective achievements for the two Cookies and the ceremony ends with a small party.
Archbishop Cream Cookie makes another brief appearance during 
Dark Enchantress Cookie's invasion of the Crème Republic. The Cookie is seen reciting prayer during the invasion. Even when the Cookie's life is on the line, Archbishop Cream Cookie believes that the word of prayer must not cease.
