Sau đây là danh sách các hiệu ứng trạng thái trong Cookie Run: Kingdom. Nhiều hiệu ứng trong số này làm thay đổi số liệu thống kê của Cookie hoặc thay đổi hoàn toàn cách chúng hoạt động.
Các hiệu ứng trạng thái có biểu tượng màu xanh lam hướng lên trên là trạng thái tích cực ("Buffs" hoặc "tác dụng hữu ích"), trong khi biểu tượng màu đỏ hướng xuống là trạng thái tiêu cực ("Debuffs" hoặc "tác động có hại"). Hiệu ứng trạng thái với một số ở trên nó đề cập đến việc xếp chồng, tổng cộng cả hai hiệu ứng. Nếu những trạng thái này có một lớp vỏ sáng bóng, chúng không thể được thanh lọc hoặc xóa bỏ bằng bất kỳ cách thông thường nào.
